[cite]Posted By: Saints fan[/cite]18 shots, better possesion, 1-0 until the last 10 secs of the game and we conceed against one of the weakest teams in League One.
Pretty annoyed by Saints now, some things never change. Always rocky at the back no matter who we have as manager. We can't finish for crap even though we have one of the best strikers in this league in Lambert. Pardew has 5 games to turn this around for me or I will start to join the 'bitter against Pardew' group.
Total crap, oh well - we will be teams cup final in League Two next season! Woooooooooop.
Mate all the time you have that stale piece of Knob Cheese for a manager I can not feel sorry for your club, I do however feel for you as a fan because he is going to blame you lot next then walk away a hell of a lot richer than he walked in.
Your new chairman profesess to know fedge all about footie, after Pardew he will be 1 hell of a lot more informed of the parasites within it.
Our chairman didn't appoint Pardew as manager, if I remember - we didn't even have a chairman at that point.
put your BBcode on ;-)
I hope he doesnt sack him until we play you i reckon the cheer around SE7 and where ever any one else was catching the scores was as loud when you lot conceded as the 1st goal for us today.
i am sure you are aware of our hatred towards him but you have 1 arsehole of a manger in charge there mate your chariman better start reading the payoff clauses in that money grabbing shisters contract

The only way Pardew we leave Saints is if he gets sacked - he isn't going to resign and I cannot see any fans calling for his head - yet.
September is a vital month for us, we need at least 12 points imo. However I can't see where our first win will come from.

Anyone else now slightly concerned about Pardew turning up at The Valley and getting his first win and ending our excellent start? Not that I want to be too negative after today
[quote][cite]Posted By: American_Addick[/cite]Anyone slightly concerned about how much abuse Pardont will get from the home supporters at The Valley?[/quote]
No!It should be worse than Nicky weaver received! Bet his comment afterwards will be " If they had shown as much passion when I was here bthey would never have been relegated".
I fully expect us to lose to Soton- the only time Pardoo seems capable of motivating a team is when it's personal for him ie our best performances were v Wet Sham and Reading.
Then again, just a few of our players might have a point or three to prove to the arrogant eejit.
I'm away on holiday so will miss it- hope I can rely on many on here to give him some serious abuse.
It will be interesting to see if Pardew can win 20 of Saints remaining 41 games, as that's pretty much what they need to guarantee staying up. I think it'll be tight.

Only if they lose the other 21.
16 wins 12 draws 13 losses would give them 52 points which should be enough

Are The fans now turning against Pardoo or is his spin still keeping them on his side?

Yeah there's loads of ways they could to get the 50 odd point mark. I just think that if anything happens to Lambert or they continue to progress slowly, they could really be in relegation trouble.
Stating the obvious I know, but they're already in deep relegation trouble. When Leeds were deducted 15 points, they won their first 5 matches and quickly got to positive points. Saints haven't won any of their first 5, and would only be 22nd if they hadn't had the 10 points deducted.

"You don't want to keep playing well but not winning," Pardew said.
"We just need a break to get that first win, but the Colchester players will be looking to show their new manager what they're about and they certainly won't give us an easy run.
"The most important thing for us is to get teams on the back foot before they arrive by getting results, and we haven't been able to do that yet.
"I'm sure Aidy Boothroyd will have watched the DVDs of our last two performances though, and he'll have seen that we're really beginning to punch our weight now.
"I know the owner of Colchester, who was a sponsor at West Ham, and I know both his character and that of Aidy Boothroyd. His appointment is bad timing for us, but that's the way things are for us at the moment.
"Joseph Mills and Lee Holmes, who have both been unavailable, are now nearing fitness. We've been a little unbalanced by having no left sided midfield players. But we have them in the squad and they're both now available so that strengthens my hand."
Saints could also be strengthened by the arrival of Senegalese striker Papa Waigo N'Diaye, although Saturday's match may come slightly too soon for the Fiorentina loanee.
Pardew continued: "Papa Waigo comes to us from Fiorentina and he's highly recommended. I spoke to Gianluca Nani, the General Manager at West Ham and he said that he would be very surprised if we pulled off the signing.
Some things just don't change when you're an arrogant w****r!
[cite]Posted By: Oggy Red[/cite]So is there a chance that Pardew could be 25 points behind Charlton, when he brings Southampton to The Valley next week?

Thanks.
there we go makes it all a lot easier
I've got a horrible feeling that history will repeat itself and that Pardew will somehow win against Parky just as he did against Curbs.
Well we all know who won the ultimate prize that season, so as long as promotion is achieved i don't mind if we lose to the smarmy one
Not that I want to be too negative after today

Yes
They've only got 41 games to save themselves.
Can they do it?
Classic Pards!
