We won. It was ugly but we won. If we can keep within distance of the playoffs over the next few weeks then January will be telling in terms of our owners intentions. Need to keep Dobbo, CBT and Alfie. Need to strengthen with quality. Not confident we will do either but hope to be surprised. More than that, they’re misreading into his comments. Him saying it’s the most satisfying win is likely a lot to do with the fact we’ve drawn too many games this season and for once we’ve come away with 3 points from a match we typically draw. I can see why he’d be satisfied to break that cycle but people are acting like he said it’s the best we’ve ever played under him, which he didn’t. The problem is when you get to 70+ minutes against the bottom team and you aren’t winning some people have already spooled up their complaints and they can’t go to waste so they drop them here anyway.

They are into are area in one to two passes. In defense the midfield all over the place. One long ball and they are turning a fall backs and away and except for poor accuracy they would have won. The centre backs beaten in the air or out of positionto often. The midfielders to slow to get to the break down ball and no movement off the ball to give the defense an option to clear the ball forward.
