Here are the CAS Trust notes of the meeting. Not an attempt to record everything, but one person's attempt to convey the main points. No doubt there is some stuff missed or wrongly noted but generally I think its reasonably accurate.

Buzzing about the ventilation and air conditioning!
I know of a good firm and quite local to The Valley so should get a good discount, now what was their name? I've seen somewhere and I just can't think of it.

Doesn't sound like anything will be changing then. Basically they are just going to keep trotting out the 'We spent good money on Igor, Johann and Watt, so obviously we do care' line, when in fact just buying a couple of good players is all well and good but it is ability and depth across the whole squad where this whole network malarkey is currently failing in my opinion.
The whole interview thing still sticks in my throat. Until she tells us who the three people she interviewed with championship experience are, i still won't believe her.

Yeah right. So you want her to reveal private information just to appease you.

I don't need to know any names. The fact that someone was sacked on a Sunday afternoon, the short list was concluded by Sunday evening, three candidates interviewed on Monday, and come Tuesday someone from Israel that was already on the payroll was appointed, tells me exactly how thorough that process was.
Still, old ground now. I hope Luzon does great for us, but this episode has led a lot of people to view the club governance in a different way, and none of it positive.
Sounds like good news for those of us that like to meet up at the valley with family and friends and have a bit of a laugh ,a pint and some stodge. I would however suggest that if football's your thing that you give the valley a wide berth for the foreseeable.
A telling point for me is the fact that she didn't acknowledge the meeting tomorrow and has pretty much laid the owners cards on the table regarding fan engagement.
Confirms my feeling that whilst its objectives are honorable the meeting won't bring about any radical change and Roland basically could not careless that it is happening.
I'm also encouraged that Jackson was willing to publically praise Luzon. Jacko is no mug and certainly isn't a "yes man" I suspect if Luzon was the "devil" he is being made out to be, Jacko would have expressed his disatisfaction by saying nothing.
Very interesting that he says Saturday was the first time we had truly played in Guy's style. Hopefully the numpty's slaughtering him at every opportunity will give him a break.
Q: Tony, you've been compared on a message board this week as a Scottish sexual monster. Any comment ?
A (TW): I don't know what that means. Is it a compliment or not ?
WTF??? Poor Tony.
That was @mrbligh on the postmatch thread, getting over-excited about Tony Watt after a few beers on Saturday night. So which bright spark was it that reported back on that then? Cos someone else called him a "Charlton goal monster" a little later on, and that's far less ambiguous and open to misinterpretation.

And in a well - ventilated, air - conditioned environment with a shiny new big screen. Mind you, on those criteria, I might as well go to Cine World.
KM made the point more than once that in football recruitment decisions are often made quickly and cited Forest appointing a new manager within hours.
Which is a valid point and if we'd sacked BP and had appointed GL at the same time then it would be a valid comparison.
If they wanted Guy then appoint Guy. He can then succeed or fail on his efforts.
I think what many find hard to reconcile is that it wasn't already a done deal but rather that a full process happened in 48 hours and just happened to result in the person who'd been rumoured a week before.
What is the criteria and how do they compare pitches to place us "4th best in the Championship"?
Made me laugh that one.
At the pub with the lads chatting football... "Yeah we may be battling relegation, BUT we are 4th place in the Championship pitch league table. We invested heavily and it's paying off as we sit comfortably in the play-off position."
If funding is not an issue why haven't they spent money on a squad that is strong enough to compete when we pick up a few injuries especially to strikers, or wingers or centre midfielders or centre backs, full backs or goalkeepers.
As I understand it the ventilation will be a subtle system whereby the wind arrives through a choice of corners, South East or South West, then in a magically planned synergy with prevailing conditions the air will swirl around the Valley constantly monitored by careful observation of linesman and corner flags. For air conditioning we will introduce a 'green' temperature control system in harmony with nature, in as much as it will feel warmer on the hotter days, and refreshing on the colder ones.
No surprise there. Which is one of the reasons the meeting was called. Just because he's the owner doesn't give him sole preserve on ideas. We are the club's supporters and we can - and will - organise. Whether that engenders 'radical change' or not is anyone's guess. For me, change will be a positive result. Snipe away, by all means. But nothing comes of nothing.

Rather perturbed by the comment that KM wants to make Charlton a club we can be proud of. I was until recently...
Please communicate but only communicate what I want to hear
