That's impressive for Chesterfield at this stage, especially bearing in mind that it's hardly a top of the table clash. It's a bit soon for me to be having another whole day away from the family (so my wife says) but I'm planning to make the Tranmere trip if we are going to take a decent number again.
I am there Chesterfield away.....got my Syd train money back from the Weds debacle and booked straight away with him again. Hope lightening not strke twice, apart from result
So we may struggle to sell out Exeter based on those figures?
Although a disappointment if we don't, we don't exactly have too many local derby matches do we? Perhaps a resounding will against the Blades will foster more excitement and encourage last minute sales.
Even though we are having a superb season so far, playing largely great football we are after all in the third division and probably averaging getting on for 200 miles per away match.
Of course, although a good away following is great for the players, it is most important that we really push the home attendances as the club is doing.
Wizzo, I've not contacted Syd yet. Did he offer a cash refund, or did it have to go on another train journey. It's a bit complicated for me as it's not just me involved & I've already booked for the next 4 aways by train already.
Come on you waverers. Get yourself down to Exeter next week. It will be your last chance. We'll never be back again. It's even got a proper terrace where everyone who wants to can stand & if you are over 60, ambulant disabled or have a young family, there are seats only for you guys. Everyone's dream.

Nick, it's only me & covered end junior going, so going late & returning early. 12.06 departure / arrives 14.09 & on 17.26 back. I'll get a few beers for the train.

Tranmere - this won't be on sale on Monday morning as the tickets haven't turned up from Prenton Park yet.

Exeter 622, Chesterfield 767
and it was only 1-1 at half time, shocking keeper
Mine is bought.
All goes well, promotion will mean we probably won't be going near these grounds for a while.
Make the trip while we can. COYR
