If it's the Museum buying CAFC what is the exit plan?0

I think the easiest way is to go down in the lift and out through the door in the northeast corner.Smokin Ice said:If it's the Museum buying CAFC what is the exit plan?

Rick
There is no need to justify yourself. It is very easy to throw mud.
You cannot please everyone. (especially the nasty people on this blog)
A reported sale fell through. Maybe the buyers were scared off by cost of running the club, contract conditions, or withdrew just to drive price down. (Who knows).
I glad you reported these events, at least it showed Duchatelet was considering selling the Club.
Rick was party to third party information. Gossip (Yes) national newspapers make a living printing gossip.
Virtually all the Charlton Athletic Fans appreciate your efforts.5 -
Who were the people with David Joyes at The Valley on Friday (as referenced by @Redhenry)? Can confirm they were there.8

Don't think it's fallen through. I think the general feeling is that a deal's been agreed, but not completed yet.Fansince1963 said:Rick

I keep asking the question. If a deal has been done why are we hearing there is still another party in the running ?JamesSeed said:

The fact this thread is back to "Is Peter Varney involved?" and "will Red Bull leave the Valley?" shows how stale the thread is getting.0

I think 'agreed' is the consensus. Others have explained here that that can happen when these business deals are being negotiated. Until they are actually signed anything can happen.ShootersHillGuru said:

So a deal hasn’t been agreed. An acceptable offer has been made is what’s happened. Not agreed because there is another potential buyer. My theory anyway.JamesSeed said:

This was the directors box at Doncaster. Take your pick.64

At least two of those are dead.0

I have to say I think a north Korean consortium could rocket us to the Premier League in no time but why is our manager in the Director's box?4

Potentially a deal has actually been agreed but we're in a period before the signing of contracts where it could get gazumped by a better offer. That would fit with "done deal"and still leave other parties in play. I'm very tempted with a long winded and tedious house sale analogy, but I'll leave that for now.....

Is that CJ de Mooi from eggheads with his shirt off?
Human rights issues aside Mugabe has a lot of money...
Interesting double act them two could be0 -
proper spit out my tea laugh out loud moment @Uboat0

Mugabe would be a step in the right direction.
I’m still speculating ....0 -
I haven’t been on here much as it was the weekend and wanted to enjoy it. My comment is chill people
Roland has publicly stated he is looking to sell
2 parties in the running
Murray told staff it’s happening and he has signed an nda
It’s happening, just relax and wait for it! It might be today, it might me April, let’s hope is April because it’s another month of Roland being hit financially
Does it matter if people are saying done deal and they could be a week out? Even the report of a done deal suggests we are closer to Roland leaving than at any point. Be patient people and keep the updates coming11 -
Dont trust Murray and people seem to be forgetting what a snake he's been these past few years.Todds_right_hook said:I haven’t been on here much as it was the weekend and wanted to enjoy it. My comment is chill people

All smoke and mirrors.
It's apparent that he said what he said the other week to draw these second bidders out.
Sounds like it worked but , but him and his honcho are playing a dangerous game.1
