I can’t see Dixon being anywhere near the first team this side of Xmas.
He has to get used to the physicality of British pro football first - imo.
This, you old git with respect, is also the comment and opinion from Nathan Jones so the speed merchant Dixon, will be introduced slowly to the squad after working with the conditioning sport science coaches.💪🏻🏃🏿
From the description he could have been one of the under21 trialists yesterday.
was playing for the pfa yesterday at Cambridge
Seeing the players in the PFA squad it makes you realize how footballers can go from Hero to Zero and the mega wage cut many of those players will need to do, to get even a short term contract.

Yes it’s a fickle business and yet some posters would have Fraser walk away from a lucrative contract we were happy to give him just to suit the club and not his long term security.
Rylah is very fast. He probably needs to add to his game, if played wide he could do with improving his crossing. Nevertheless a prospect.
That's good to hear, only seen him play the first half in a game last season when he looked lost or maybe overawed or just another poor team effort all round.
We’re in a decent position across the squad to be right in the mix when the Jan window opens. Allowing time for the team to evolve, especially with the offensive side, we would be in a better place to know the specific needs, then choose the one or two special players to really push on for the second half of the season.

Rylah was incredibly out of his depth a few months ago in League 1, albeit under a different manager playing a different system. Would have to substantially improve to be considered anytime soon IMO

He was but that was under Appleton who as we know destroyed TCs confidence. A year can be a long time for a player of that age.
Much easier to be eased into a team playing well by coming off the bench, in a proper system under a manager who gives players confidence rather than being thrown in to start games in the hope something clicks.
All I’m saying is I think he’s potentially as big a prospect as Mbick and Casey who get talked about a lot more. I wouldn’t assume they’d be next in line as Rylah could be a more natural replacement in the role Campbell is playing, where he needs to run the channels and take players on.
Dixon is of course another option, it’ll be interesting to see how they all progress over the next year.
The Marcus Browne rumour feels like a crossing of wires with the Marcus McGuane link who was also at Oxford last season
Looks like there's some truth to it
The account doesn’t seem to be a windup either

Yeah but he's not your usual making up stuff type account. Got Nelson Abbey & Freddie Potts moves right in the last week and he doesn't constantly talk about transfers. Seems like someone trying to get his career off the ground to me
