Seems a nice bloke, but joins a long line of poor keepers to play for Charlton over the years.
I don't even think he will be going to Burton to start for them, think he will be back up keeper, says it all.
Good luck to him, and cheers Burton.
I think he'll play. Burton only have one keeper and he's not particularly good. Or at least he'll be going there to compete to be number 1 and he'll have to do a better job of that than he did for us if he plans to keep the gloves. They actually conceded more goals than we did last season and even though releasing Oshilaja will definitely help with that they will be looking to upgrade in goal and Isted is a better shout than Crocombe. Having said that they'll probably sign 6 more keepers after this the way they're going.
“Southampton are understood to have had a £7million rejected and are considering an improved bid of £12million – a fee sources say Leeds would not be willing to match.
Daniel Farke’s side are said to prefer a loan move for the winger, but will have to beat off interest from the likes of Charlton Athletic, Sheffield United, Watford, Luton and QPR.
Crystal Palace, meanwhile, are not keen to let the 21-year-old leave on a permanent deal and are more likely to entertain loan offers.”

Now that would be unbelievable and I want it to be true, but cannot see it myself unfortunately.

Absolutely zero chance of this.
Can't we at least dream for an hour or two before logic shoves it's head above the parapet...🙄

If we were a division higher then maybe but Rak-Sakyi knows all he needs to know about first division football, they kick you a lot and the refs are so incompetent they can kick you some more.
Rodak was a name that people suggested without thinking about the astronomical wages he was on, compared to any of our current players, apparently Blackburn, Hull and Derby were all keen but baulked at his wage demands, which have probably been met in Saudi

So unlikely but would be stunning
What if we get to last day of the window and they haven't managed to sort anything with the higher placed teams - we could sign him until January.

About as likely as plucky old Charlton signing a European Footballer of the Year?
