Kyle Hakeem Edwards (born 17 February 1998) is a professional footballer and musician who most recently played for Premier League club West Bromwich Albion as a forward.
The source of my source, if that makes sense, suggests that we might see what of the first 4 we can fill on loan and adjust the others accordingly. This last paragraph is my take on it.
So we are aggressively pursuing 4 loan players?
Great......
Of course we are, just like most teams in our division will be. We have to rebuild an entire squad and clubs seem to be asking silly money and holding onto their players at the moment. With that in mind we were always going to be trying to get 5 loans in, it was never in question. I'd rather we were doing that aggressively than just seeing who teams try and flog to us
23 former West Brom player here he started as a child. Edwards was very highly thought of and was a Celtic target not long ago.
Very quick and direct and plays on the wing. Not too dissimilar to jaiyesimi. Would be an entertaining pair of wingers though might compete to see who can turn their defender inside out the most times in a match.
Was apparently recently on trial at Reading. Is also more of a winger than a striker
Makes sense in as much as Washington is a striker who can also play out wide, and DJ is a wide forward who can cut in. If we assume Stockley is the big target man, this makes sense
Also great to finally have a triallist, I'm still baffled why our 3 games so far have had no triallists, especially as the 1st team squad is stretched at the moment. Yes the academy players need games as well, but don't they normally have their own pre season matches?

Looks a decent two footed winger, video was fine and lets see where this all goes, right that's the rumour out of the way for today... now what's everyone having for lunch today, I'm off for a pub lunch myself.

maybe it's a Covid thing?
In so much that we've got people with Covid so trialists didn't want to come here? Because almost every other club have had trialists in preseason so far
Clare presumably one of the reasons Burton turned into a force second half of the season (and not being able to play against his parent club one of the reasons they got thrashed in the last game)

Think we can all guess why Sandgaard wants him...
Obligatory YouTube video

I'm not aware of this player, but interesting that Robinson tried to convert him to a right-back. Doesn't sound too happy in the quotes!
ed - Oh I've got that wrong, he joined Oxford as a right-back, and Robinson played him as an 8? I wonder where we're looking to play him then.
Also reading that he's a penalty taker, which we need.

Although going by the later am not sure if he decided to quit the Academy or whether we released him
