Think you'll find that is FC Midtjylland striker Ronnie Schwartz sat to the left of Charlton owner Thomas Sandgaard at Saturday's game against AFC Wimbledon.
Deal didn't happen on deadline day but looks a strong possibility for next month.
Now it's out there can reveal TS told us this on Tuesday
In the knowledge that Rob Elliott has been training with us under the radar I wonder if Schwartz isn't here now to start training with the squad with a view to being ready as soon as the window opens
Keane Lewis Potter dropped from the Hull side last night as he won’t sign a new contract (sounds familiar). Highly rated (EFL Young player for September) and there have been comparisons with Jarrod Bowen. I would love to pinch one of our promotion rivals’ better players...

We have 7 games in January. Having a striker signed and ready for Hull on the 2nd would be huge for us

Would never happen, he's in the same position as Josh Maja two years ago, wants out of League One no doubt
Funnily could work in our favour once again in terms of our rivals losing their best Striker, as they'll be in the same boat as us now and will struggle to find someone just as good under the Salary Cap

Definitely good news if one of our rivals potentially could lose their best young player. He scored the added time equaliser that cost us 2 points last season...

Good to see Chris Parkes and others wearing their masks properly.

256 league appearances since 2007 ... seems rather low although he has scored 105 league goals in those appearances.
37 goals in 47 appearances for Silkeborg 2018-2020, 6 in 15 for Midtfjylland 2020 to date.
I’m so intrigued to see Schwartz play, he’s been a bit of an enigma since the last window and I can’t remember us ever chasing an individual player for this long.
His record is fantastic but you have no idea how fit he is or how capable he is for the English game. Hopefully he’s been training with us for a number of weeks and can slot straight into the side.
Do we have anybody on the "inside" who might know if he's training with us? Was it J Block, surely his moody/happy player mate can confirm loose details?
I've given up trying to remember the rules for who can travel without self isolating and who can't, though to remember that there are exclusions for work purposes
Was this a flying visit by Schwartz to see the game, or has he actually moved here properly so that he can start training with the squad at some point before January? Are there self isolation rules before he can train?

He’ll be a Charlton player on January 1st so I doubt he’ll be going back to Denmark now. This has been done for a while so I imagine he’s already made the move.

I suspect that may be the case.
