How can he take training without a work permit if he can't sit on the bench at a match? It's all work and the law won't differentiate. I'd have thought he can do anything if he's not paid, but we would need a lawyer to clarify. Anyone know one?
There is an interview on CAFC player, and he is clearly filmed taking training, there can be no doubt at all that he was at work at Sparrows Lane yesterday. He has already been working without a work permit.
So we have yet to get a work permit, I wonder what the contingency plan is if it gets turned down? Is there an EU passport holder in charge of any of the network clubs.
