At a recent Supporters' Trust meeting, I said this: Whatever is going on within the machinations of CAFC, we should all give our full support to Chris Powell.
It's not my style to pin my colours to an individual, but in this case, I have every confidence that, in a period of uncertainty, conjecture and rumour, Chris Powell is, and remains, a central and stabilising pillar of our club, and represents all that is good about it.
Let's let him - and his superb management team - know this on Saturday.
