I don't know about this episode of RATW, but the cannabis woman in the episode before definitely felt like a plant (excuse the pun).1

Be interesting to see if it goes back to how it was at the very start.
I’m still not sure about a celebrity version. Mind you, I probably won’t know them anyway 🤷♀️🤣🤣0 -

And Ashley (Harriet Dyer) is rather fit.
I finally got round to watching Colin from accounts and it was comedy gold. From toilet humour to dodgy parents, and situation observations at their best. I have watched the 8 episodes and hope they make another series.
Harriet Dyer is a wonderful comedic actress and I found empathy with Ashley and Gordon (her husband in the real world) and I wanted them to get together.
The couple have written this but they give wonderful lines to all of the actors in this Aussie comedy.
No boundaries with Cancer, wanking, and no water to flush the loo after a dump all on the agenda. Ashley's mum's Pervy boyfriend was so well written that it was funny but alarming at the same time.
After watching that non comedy that Greg Davies was in as a Cleaner it was good to LOL and care about the main characters.

I wonder if they could find a route down the west coast of Africa, would be really interesting and very different again to previous series. There's a couple of countries you might need to avoid but they did that for the one in the Americas too.3 -

Flipping magic!
By the end I really didn’t mind who won.
But when the winners opened that book & realised it was them……..oh my days, I was delighted for them!
Great series considering the covid issues 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻We've still got two episodes to watch but really dont mind who wins as they've been a nice bunch this season. Ladi seems a top Dad and the two ladies Tricia & Cathy have done so well considering what they've been dealing with in terms of Tricia's vision and her husband being so ill at the same time.2 -
I like RATW and have watched all this series but it was pretty dull with limited options so they all went the same way (generally). A few dubiously helpful people as well (which may have happened in previous series too). Would be good to see it actually going acros the world again.
Meanwhile loving Colin from Accounts!1 -
Another shout for Colin from accounts
Each episode had me laughing, the first few felt very Gervais-y which is a good thing. It was well acted, well written and filmed1 -

Currently working my way through Ray Donovan series (paramount +). Quality cast and recommend for those that like crime dramas mixed with the seedy side of Hollywood.2

[Oh, having just checked, I watched all 7 seasons, for some reason I thought I'd missed one out!]1 -
Jessie said:I recently started to watch Amazon's "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" and quite enjoyed it. The lead actress Rachel Brosnanhan is SO beautiful and funny. Her clothes all look amazing!😍 Has anyone watched it before? I'm currently on season 2 and someone said to me the first two seasons are great but it starts to go downhill since season 3....
A new HBO show "The White House Plumbers" has just started. It's about Watergate and stars Woody Harrelson. I had been looking forward to it for two years and then a couple of weeks ago I was surprised by the trailer that it seemed more of a black comedy instead of serious drama. Anyway, I've so far watched the first episode and it really is hilarious.1 -

Not a series but a documentary of Brian Jones and his contribution to the Stones. A fascinating watch which really brings across how wild his life and the 60s were.

Finally got round to starting Barry on Sky Comedy in the last week or so. Have binged the first 2 series and am a couple of episodes into the 3rd series. Brilliant black comedy focusing on a depressed hitman who wants "out" but never seems able to break away from the life style.0

Very late to 'Astrid - Murder in Paris'. Got used to the subtitles and brushing up on my french but a truly fantastic script to inform us about autism, with great acting by Sarah Mortensen. Mind you, I doubt very much if real life Paris cops are like their chilled TV versions!1

The latest epsidoe of Sunderland till I die is hilarious2

Carter said:I enjoyed Blue Lights but some of the acting was well clunky (everyone's a critic I know) but also had some class performances especially from Richard Dormer and the guy who is doing my head in as I have seen him in a few things but can't remember what, who played the very bad guy.
Not to mention the bloke who has also been in tons of stuff that looked like Eric Cantona, he was excellent0 -

Steeltown Murders on BBC was good. As it was in the news a bit recently I knew the outcome which took something away from it, but it was well made and acted.1

Agree. Philip Glenister tends to be in good stuff anyway so i watched it on the strength of that and wasnt disappointed.Always love programmes with shit 70s cars anyway - Hillman Hunters, Triumph Toledos and Morris 1100s. Had a few of these in my early driving career and they were irredeemably abysmal, apart from the 1100.

Triumph Toledo - my first car.1

After reading about it on another thread just had to watch Murder In The Car Park (Channel 4).0

It's probably been reviewed on here before but we recently revisited Series 1 of Your Honor, followed by binge watching Series 2 over the past couple of nights.
Another triumph for Bryan Cranston IMO and well worth a look.5 -
Just wondered how many people have seen and like entourage? Doesn't seem like too many have seen it over here. But it's utterly brilliant1

If Suzie Myerson doesn't get her own Better Call Saul type spin off it'll be a gross injustice!0
