There's a big difference between Div 3 and Div 1. Shocks happen in the Cup, we all know that, but they are a much better side than us and it would take some complacency and from them and some heroism from us to do it. We have a few heroes in our side but I'm hoping Fulham rest a few and they aren't as fired up as us. Then we'll have a shout.
Watching the Fulham V Arsenal game yesterday was like watching a different sport to the hoof ball I saw at The Valley. They should win quite comfortably.
Thing is they can put Dempsey, Ruiz, Zamora etc on the bench. All of whom could change the complexity of a game, like modric did last season, if they're struggling at half-time.
In all honesty, any confidence we have is based on the back of us beating teams like Brentford, Yeovil, Rochdale etc - the gulf in class between Premier League and League One is huge and I think we'll find out just how huge on Saturday...but even if we do get knocked out, it really isn't the end of the world, there is only one aim this year and to be honest I just hope we get through Saturday without any major injuries or suspensions.
Will be interested to see how Powell approaches the game considering we have two potetentially season defining games coming up next.

Yes they should win but the point is there is a small chance we could too. What game did you see yesterday - I saw two teams trying to play football . Not Hoof ball

I thought I saw two teams trying to play football, then I saw that game!

No injuries would be a good result, the game is meaningless.
Would a draw be good for us due to the additional revenue or bad due to the additional fixture?
The next round is slated for the 28th of Jan (Exeter away game) so the replay would have to be inbetween the Sheffield games or immediately after Sheffield United at home.
We have two huge league games coming up which, if we can take 4 or 6 points, would prove emphatic in the promotion race and be a great turning point from the last dismal 5 years.
This cup game is a distraction we can do without and one we're highly likely to lose whichever team we put out. I would happily see Powell rest the whole of his 1st XI
There's seven days to recover from this game, I personally wouldn't care if we went out miserably, but I'd like to see our strongest team have a challenge like this as I believe they'll only learn from it, fingers crossed for no injuries goes without saying.
Also a lot of our players who've never faced top flight opposition will be licking their lips at the prospect.

Let's face it this is a win win win game for us.
If we win a lucrative 4th round game (hopefully).
If we lose no one expected us to win anyway and we concentrate on the league.
If we draw then a bit of extra cash from a replay.

Can only see a Fulham win and I am predicting a 3-0
