[cite]Posted By: uncle[/cite]Oh well you need the rest Jonjo

Parky must have read my post...

Yeah thats probably how he sorts the team out.

    Wouldnt be surprised
  • [cite]Posted By: IA[/cite]Walsall 1-0 Colchester

Colchester losing cost me £300, gg.
  • Col u losing, come on charlton, last minute goal would make up (almost) for last week!!
  • Walsall 1 Colchester 0
  • Four minutes added time
  • COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOME

    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON

    YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU

    REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS
  • According to BBC we've had 14 attempts 8 on target and had 58% possession
  • IF and a big IF we go into the playoffs with this sort of form we'll be out to the first team we play! However, the playoffs are a complete lottery. So I'm still optimistic.

  • Full time.

    Better than last week...
  • All over
  • NOT GOOD ENOUGH but pat yourself on the back full metal jacket
  • we played well today, unlucky not to win. Still up there near the top, lets just see what happens tomorrow.
  • This is a decent result in the context of the game. We're play off bound and knew that before the game, if we're being honest.

Well at least it's an improvement
  • We're third. Four points off automatic promotion; six points ahead of seventh.

Zzzzzzzzzzz unlucky not to win, give me a break. Once again not good enough, not that I'm surprised.

Also, what exactly are you expecting to happen tomorrow? Parky resigning would be a start I guess.

With 9 games left that's what at least 12 positions higher than many thought Parky was capable of.

From the sounds of it we still don't control the midfield/win the ball in there enough and that's not helping the defence, who along with Elliot are making too many mistakes. Going forward 2 goals should be enough to win at home to Gillingham.

    So it's all my fault?

3rd from top at home to 5th from bottom getting a 2-2 draw after being behind does not make a decent result. Sorry dont care how you dress it up that aint good enough

Have your windup another time, mate
  • I think Valley11 is trying to say its decent in terms of the fact Parky had to substitute our best striker in the first half and use up one of our subs on our keeper!

No not your fault you wasn't playing. I said pat yourself on the back because you seemed ever so pleased with yourself that phil agreed with you. So you got your way and that the result. Not your fault but you must be pleased

Now Burton seems to be injured all the time, we need some guile up front or in the hole, and Shelvey is that man (boy). Play him behind the striker and bring Bailey back inside. He's wasted on the left.

All I said was that I didn't rate Shelvey...that's not a crime. If he eventually does the business for Charlton then I'll be happy to admit that I have been proved wrong. I'm not happy about this result. I never wanted Parky to be manager so the quicker he f**ks off the better.
  • Yea that is was I meant. On the back of a drubbing from Millwall, injury to our best striker and keeper, a tense crowd - that was a good result.

Getting so p"ssed off with some of the moaners on here. I swear some think we've still got a Premier League side. Those days are over (for now) and PP and the players are doing their best with what they've got.
No, we're not pulling up trees but we're doing OK. And with a twice relegated club that is skint, it's pretty damn good as far as I'm concerned.
I hate to say it but I think some of the 'cancer' at our club is the constant moaners. Yes every side has them but the booing and constant snipoing of the management/directors/players is so commonplace and is disheartening. It's also embarassing.
Go and support a glory team if you're so upset by it all. It'll be better for your (and our) health
