Who knows, it might be a wake up call. Get him out of the night clubs and give him a chance to shake off his prima donna stuff (which we helped to build up), he may turn himself around and then we can spend all our time moaning about how Parky let him go.
Would have put him in the reserves. Cant understand why send him on loan in league hes proven in to rivals. If we arent gonna ever use him then sell him if we are then put him in reserves or even now loan him out for 3 games to get him match fit and put him in the team when hes back.
[cite]Posted By: RodneyCharltonTrotta[/cite]Does anyone think he can still do a job in our team this year or are his bridges well and truly burnt and well offload him in Jan.
Personally i would love to have him reach his potential with us over the next couple of seasons.

"I asked him about the Dickson transfer and basically Bristol Rovers offered us the best chance of getting some kind of decent fee for him in Jan if he does well."
The easier play here, I think, would have been to wait to loan Dickson out to Scally or another weaker side in the division. Parky's decision to let him go to Bristol is, of course, risky, but it also increases the motivation of those in the squad to produce on the pitch because the spectre of Dicko hangs over everyone.
Yes he's done well in just one half for them, but he won't offer much else. If we put him in our team we wouldn't see him passing the ball around well, keeping possession joining in the good football, closing down defenders etc. He goes out to score, nothing else. If a midfielder was unavailable he could play alongside Burton. Don't think he's capable of much than McLeod, who from the sounds of it is really working hard to break into the team.

Little video interview there...
You presume rightly.
His value just went up by a few grand and we still have a call back clause.
And Scally must be so pleased.
Parky's barred him from playing for us too.
Personally i would love to have him reach his potential with us over the next couple of seasons.
You must have that wrong - according to Parky Dicko is incapable of "Team" play ;-)
Maybe, but let'd remember Dicko wanted to go.
