Danny Green is apparently in talks with Sheff Wed. Really didn't think he'd stay in League 1 and thought a CCC team would take a punt. Would love us to be in the mix for him as he's a very decent player.

Have heard strong rumours that Charlton's owners are bringing in a new investor that has identified 2 Prem players to add expierience for there anticipated promotion push. (the names i have heard are Bowyer or R Savage, and John Carew).
Now didn't R Savage just retire? Come on, we know you post it on FR and then wait for it to appear on CL. At least make it credible : - )

Robbie Savage is set to make a dramatic about turn regarding retirement with a pay as you play deal under his old friend Chris Powell at Charlton. The gentlemans agreement involves Charlton allowing Savage to continue with his media work, and he likes the deal because it would mean playing close to the BBC's Broadcasting House. Powell is thought to favour the arrangement following the news of Jose Semedo's impending shock move to Arsenal.
Just a rumour but someone on one of Plymouth's forums has said we're signing Joe Mason. He's a striker. Reasonably well regarded with a lot of fans thinking he'll sign for a top CCC team or even Prem.
Don't know an awful lot about the lad but would not be on my radar from the limited amount I do know... maybe it's another one we see capital appreciation in - young, u21 striker, chance to develop him and smooth out the edges. Didn't do an awful lot last season but I suppose Plymouth did have an absolutely horrendous time of it.
