    It would make sense.

    He lives in Bickley or Chislehurst I believe so would not have to move and he also plays at a higher level probably for more money than our league 1 budget permits.

    Hold on now, try and imagine Jose in a Palace kit. It just doesn't work for me.

    The thought that we developed him from a Sporting Lisbon reserve player who had done nothing with his career, to a player who is used to the physical English leagues and is arguably one of the better players in our league - for PALACE. I would be dissapointed in Jose. Especially as Palace just scrapped relegation last season.

    I'm resigned to us losing Semedo and Racon .

    We have to accept that in the same way as we are attractive to Danny Hollands and Johnnie Jackson due to their personal situations , Semedo would not need to move his family to play for Palace .

    We should concentrate on who we are signing . Personally the signing of Hollands makes up for this in my opinion.

    Although not his fault he has been part of a Charlton squad which has plummetted to 13th place in L1 and was paid Championship / Premiership wages for the privilege .

    Exactly Large. Lets wait to see if there's any truth in it but I can't help feeling that many posters judgement about his contribution and ability is based on stuff like that rather than being a bit more objective about it.

    I wouldn't be in the least surprised if he ended up at that dump.

    I can't help but feel that if he was going to sign again for us he would have done so by now, so I can only suppose that he must still be hawking himself around other clubs knowing that he will get a better contract elsewhere.  Unfortunately, a move to the stripey unmentionables would be an easy one if they give him a half decent offer.

    I hope it isn't true, but I suspect that it might be.  Not a nice thought....l

    At least it isnt Millwall.

    Really not bothered, most overrated player in my lifetime and part of the last 3/4 seasons of failure.

    Hope he takes Palace down.

    Need a totally new midfield.
