Godden doesn't fit the profile of striker Jones wants (allegedly) @DubaiCAFC ? Care to explain?
If it isn't about money why Godden when May has 20+ goals 3 seasons running?!
Godden in my opinion is a good replacement for May, similar type of player and done the goods at a higher-level and is happy to fight for his place.
As Ben said in his baking cake statement, let's see where we are at the end of the window.. You have to remember, every single club is battling for players, some will come and some won't that is football for you.. But for me, the profile of players we have signed so far is what we need to be doing, they are a good age, points to prove.It would then be the agents job to ask around at who would like to sign his newly available player. You make it sound like the agent made first move, that is not what I was told.
Charlton simply said Jones didn't have to sell anyone and the transfers are down to him. End of.4 -

Bit of a weird one to record if you think he doesn’t care, when so many just fuck off without saying good bye at all. He’s only been here a year mind and probably didn’t need to do it. But I guess that’s my take on it.5

Alfie always came across as a great character on the pitch, always giving his all and had a great rapport with us, the fans.
His leaving message smacks of a genuine guy who needs to do what he needs to in order to keep his family unit happy and whole.
I wish him well, except for our two games next season of course where I hope he slips in his socks in the warm-up and is out for a week 👍14 -

Probably Championship bound, but would love for us to go for Karamoko Dembèlè after his release from Brest. Was excellent at Blackpool last season and at 21, has such an upside.14

Would be excellent but no hope. Birmingham may have the financial resources, otherwise Championship you would think.
