We have 13 games left - that’s 39 points to play for, it’s still well within NJ and our players hands.7 -
It’s been dull as fuck following us most of the time in recent years , now we’re in a relegation battle , looking at all the other results and permutations is part of the excitement in football for me , competition they call it .
When you’re pushing for promotion or looking to survive games involving the teams around you take on an extra significance and get the juices flowing .
All the results from those teams down there matter to us and will combine to produce our survival target .
Brushing it all off as if it matters not is bizarre , the fight for survival is on and of course I’d prefer midtable beige Charlton but this is gonna have more excitement than our recent dullard seasons even if it is for the wrong reasons of us being sooooooo shit .15 -
Psychologically important to stay out of the bottom 4. If we get something out of the game tomorrow, we'll stay out of it even if Port Vale can beat Lincoln at home. For how long remains to be seen, with Derby and the following two games away.
The game at Cheltenham on Tuesday week is going to be hugely important.1 -

We are 39 points behind Portsmouth with 13 to play. If we don't beat them today then we've blown the title

If we were to match (or even better) the quality of performances in the second half of the Lincoln game and for the entire game against Bolton then I simply don't see us going down. In fact I'm anticipating a comfortable win over Portsmouth today and expect us to be pushing for promotion under NJ next season.

Burton, Fleetwood and Port Vale all have very winnable games I reckon.
I have discounted Reading who I think will win today as they look too strong and I'm decent form.
We desperately need Shrews and those behind us to lose. The gap to the rest is already wide.1 -
Cambridge v Posh kicked off at 120

Posh score. 0-1. Oddly similar to Thierry smalls goal against Bolton.3

Posh score in 55th minute
Posh goal identical to Small goal for us2 -
Posh have missed so many good chances that it makes me think that Cambridge will nick one. Just had another one off the bar.1

Looks to be slowly becoming a bottom 5...1 -
Personally, I can’t see how anybody can look at that league table and think anything other than we are in deep shit.
Until we prove we can win multiple games, never mind just one, it looks grim.9 -

We will win games playing the way we have the last two Saturdays.7 -

At least Nathan is giving us some hope after nothing previously. If we fail to climb out of this mess then we deserve relegation but I think we have a chance.6
