I never thought Norrie would reach this level - now in with a good chance of making the End of Tour finals.0

Shame for Norrie. Fritz will face Djokovic in the next round.0

Murray and Evans playing in the ATP Stockholm event. Murray has a first round match against a qualifier and will play top seed (world no. 10) Sinner if he were to win.
Evans is 4th seed and has a first round bye. He will play Davidovich Fokina (world no. 43) in the second round.2 -
Raducanu is playing as the top seed in Linz, Austria this week. She has a first round bye and will face a qualifier in the second round tomorrow.1
-
Both Raducanu and Murray should be on court in their respective events within a couple of hours. Raducanu in the second round (after her bye) and Murray in the first round.0

The problem is the river, as East London to everyone means north of the Thames, when places like Greenwich, Woolwich, Thamesmead etc are actually geographically East of London, not Southeast of London.
The Valley is further north than Craven Cottage, yet you would say that Charlton was SE London and Fulham West London
Anyway, back to Tennis1 -
Beltz isn't too shabby a name for a tennis coach.2
-
A win but certainly not convincing for Murray given the ranking of his opponent.1
-
Raducanu in a nail biting third set here after losing the first set 6-1 and then winning a second set tie break. She just saved two match points and is at deuce, 5-5.0

Emma loses 7-5 final set.0

Not good for Emma, another WTA tour loss. Only young so plenty of time yet to develop into a very good consistent player. Probably time to sit down with the new coach and figure out a plan.0

She's in a position where even first round exits are moving her up the rankings (because she had no points to defend). It's a very strange position indeed and only after the end of 2022 will her "proper" ranking begin to settle down.3

Impossible to judge Raducanu's true ranking on the basis of one good tournament. We'll find out more next year...2

Another tough game for Murray today against Sinner.1
-
Dan Evans through to the next round after beating Davidovich Fokina in straight sets 7-6 6-2. He will face 8th seed Tiafoe in the quarter final.
Murray should be up shortly. If he can beat Sinner, he'll have a quarter final against world no. 53 Tommy Paul.0 -
Unbelievable first set from Murray 7-6. Some amazing tennis.1
-
That was really vintage Murray, hope he can keep it up because Sinner is a very good young player0
-
Let’s go Andy! He has a second set break and leads 3-1.1
