    What's with all these Welsh players we've been signing over the last 2 years  :D

    4 last season (Williams, Lockyer, Matthews and very briefly Ledley) and it looks like we'll have at least 3 again this season (Williams, Levitt, Gunter or Matthews).

    Maddison will certainly add some bite to our midfield and there won't be too many opponents wanting to face him. Welcome aboard Marcus - it’s going to be one hell of a ride.

    A defender is signing tomorrow according to someone on Facebook. Crazier things have happened! Surely a RB or CB?

    I think it’s a combination of the current quarantine rules between the UK and Denmark and the fact that TS is not arriving until tomorrow

    Reckon we'll see Marcus on the bench with the Right-Back potentially starting if he comes in before midday

    Dont forget the bench has still involved the likes of Vennings of late so guess he'll primarily go back to the U23s apart from EFL Trophy and FA Cup matches

    I think Bow is assembling a squad of players aimed specifically to get out of this league this season. Gunter is 31, Schwartz is 31 and Watson is 35. Not building for the future but certainly should be very good at the level we are at. 

    Yup, Bowyer likes players his own age.

    Would be a risk, but as long as the right bacl we sign hopefully before tomorrow midday has been keeping fit then it's a balancing act against the risk of starting Barker there. The Maddison seemed to come out the blue, so might be the Wigan game for him

    Peterborough had a bid accepted but he turned down the move, Hull and Middlesbrough reportedly interested a few weeks ago
