Shoujd be in the bottom 3 tonight. Spurs gave up with 5 mins to go.  Just passed it around the midfield & back 4.

Are you sure? Winning is what Moyes does.

Spurs would have to have scored twice in that 5 minutes

One win in 12 now. A draw for Bournemouth at Wolves or a win for Villa at Newcastle and they will be in the bottom 3.
Unfortunately I can’t see anything but losses for both Bournemouth and Villa.

Yeah I can see West Ham staying up just because of how shite the others are.
  • Can see West Ham wriggling our of this one if they can get Haller back and firing, they’ve got no strikers at the moment, Antonio up top is doing a job, but he won’t keep them up.

A long way to go but it looks as if the Happy Hammers will probably just avoid the trapdoor.

Still, there is a possibility that we could be welcoming the Dildo Brothers to The Valley next season. If only that marketing genius, Katrien Meire, was still here, I'm sure could think of something novel to promote the encounter.

I have absolutely no problem with West Ham . No animosity whatsoever.
I’d much prefer Watford or Villa to go down .

    Hopefully West Ham stay up.
if they get relegated we’ve got no chance of signing Cullen on a perm deal.
Obviously,we have no chance until we find a decent owner anyway but I think that will happen before next season starts.

I Like West Ham but hate Gold, Sullivan and Brady. I think they are complete shits, so I am conflicted. Purely on football, they seem to lack fire power and if they go down, that is going to be the main reason.
  • If West ham go up or go  down doesn't guarantee Cullen or Bows will stay with us so in this instance.

    Down please.
  • Sadly no. Bournemouth and Norwich are hopeless and surely gone. But I just feel west ham will cobble together more points than villa.

Never really used to dislike West ham. But their move to their new stadium, and the way they financed it by throwing the costs of that and ongoing running costs onto the taxpayers really gets my goat now. That and their crowing about moving onto a new level. Would really like to see that new level being in the championship for a few years.

Seems that the 26/7 claret & blue clash could be a bigger deal than the Euro, FA and World Cups combined, at least for West ham and Villa fans.

Looking at their run in fixtures I think there are enough points there to get them to safety.

West Ham vs Villa last game of the season could be a relegation decider.

Can see them getting a further 6 points maximum. Will that be enough though?

They’ll be fine due top the amount of guff teams around them.

if we stay up, we’re guaranteed some decent away days from the teams that come down.

They're doomed!! They look like they're beaten already before kicking off.
  • Empty stadiums will probably help West Ham, as their home games would be toxic as soon as they went 1-0 down.

I think they'll get enough points to scrape by though.

Villa got tougher run in in my opinion

    Wolves H
    Liverpool A
    Man Utd H
    Palace H
    everton A
    arsenal H
    West ham A

I will continue to live in the hope that this is year that they slip through the cracks.
I'm not sure that playing the "lesser" sides will necessarily help them, as they are all as desperate as each other and West Ham have, in the past, managed to raise their game against the better sides. This hasn't happened so far, with comfortable wins for Wolves and Spurs and I expect Chelsea to beat them next up.

    Norwich are toast.
I cannot understand how Bournemouth, with their manager and players are where they are but unless something clicks (back) into place, they too are gone.
Think Villa have enough to take it to the last game, then that will be interesting.

That does look tougher but: -

Wolves - local Derby, could go either way
Liverpool - should have won the League by then and Watford beat them, so who knows.
Man Utd - depends on which Utd turn up
Palace - Villa can beat them
    Everton - nothing special
    Arsenal - eminently beatable
West Ham - could come down to this

I can see this being a season where in the PL the 4th bottom side will survive with a pathetic points total

In contract with the Championship, where 50 points may be needed for survival
