I may have been the person you saw at the shop entrance on Saturday (albeit that I am not short and fat) and all I said to you was "don't buy one of theirs, buy one ofn ours" highlighting the supporters shirt offering. At no point did I step in your way or stop you entering the store, I was polite and had used the same approach all afternoon without any form of confrontation, indeed most people were very pleasant. You on the other hand were very aggressive and abusive towards me telling me to "Fuck off" among other comments that neither I or others with me were able to understand. If as you suggest the police were to have become involved it would have been you who they would have spoken to about your abusive language and aggressive attitude. We all have a right to protest and picket etc as long as it is done within the law which all of us were. If you were not the person I refer to all well and good but as usual there are two sides to every story. I have been a supporter for just over 50 years and saddens me that because of this regime lots of what should be positive help and assistance (so much imagination and skill and more professionalism than Ms Meire and her cohorts have shown) for the club is now being lost. I will continue to "support the team but not the regime" until Mr Duchatelet comes to his senses and admits that his "Network" idea does not work and he sells up.

Granpa posted the original comment about getting the Old Bill involved. ESL then gave it the old "nobody tells me what to do" but it wasn't him at the shop as he wasn't there. Sarge got told to fuck off by someone outside the shop, but it wasn't ESL (as he wasn't there) but it may or may not have been Granpa or it could've been someone else entirely.

Anyway, there is no libel, nobody's calling the police and nobody's getting a wallop.

And, worth noting that several people have joined the CARD organising team since it was formed, including two over the summer. Others have stepped back but remain volunteers/supporters. Fresh people (with fresh ideas) are welcomed but we look for specific skills and personal qualities that will add value to the team. One of the personal qualities is Resilience; because it is bloody hard work and the criticism (not doing enough, doing too much, doing more than RD/KM to destroy the club etc etc) can be hard to take.

Do the elected few get first dibs on free tickets and someone asked yesterday morning how many free tickets did CARD receive for Saturdays game?

1. We are not elected. We get off our arses to try to make a difference, spending a lot of time and in many cases quite a bit of personal money too.

2. All of the freebies donated went to fans who wanted/needed a ticket. CARD organisers who went to the game bought there own tickets.

3. I don't know how many tickets were redistributed. I guess one of the team could go through all the emails and tot it up, then try to find out how many were brought on the day that we didn't get an email about, but I don't see why they should - we've all got other things in our lives too.

I'm quite happy for the so called "elected few" to get first dibs on free tickets. They are the people organising the whole thing why shouldn't they get a match ticket ? I went to the ground on saturday to pick up a copy of the voice & did ask Airman if there were any freebies left but they had all gone so I went home. Do you think that he should have given me his ticket ?

No not if Airman paid for his ticket of course not.

You're entitled to your opinion. CARD considers all the angles and makes it's decisions for right or wrong. If we had announced a major protest in the ground versus Northampton and it failed spectacularly, that would be worse in my opinion. We think about what blows to land and when to land them for best effect.

Nothing's failed yet. This is a long game.
