  • Yet in February you were calling for a "Mass pitch invasion, hold up the game and tv schedule for Sky." http://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/comment/2419371/#Comment_2419371

Here you understood that it was crazy to employ Riga twice and wondered why Riga wanted to work for him again http://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/comment/2369644/#Comment_2369644

December 2015 you suggested burning a Belgian flag http://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/comment/2346175/#Comment_2346175

Here you wanted to send a VOTV article to the national press "so the country can see what they are doing to us"

Here you made up a song about running the "Belgian liars" out http://forum.charltonlife.com/discussion/comment/2346161/#Comment_2346161

it goes on and on and on....

But now you are claiming that you don't understand why people are protesting, or at least aren't happy about them doing so?

    I'm very confused.

Look at the dates. It was when Fraye was in charge who should not have got the appointment. If you read my points clearly and precisely you will see that now is the time to get behind the team and not do what the likes of Blackpool have done.

If CARD spent as much time getting behind the team we will win promotion. Is the club more attractive to a buyer in the Championship rather than League 1.

I draw a line when a member of CARD called me a and my boy a scab and then secondly when one decides to call me a tosser on social media until he got a tug.

There is a right and wrong and the club have acknowledged mistakes have been made and addressed them this season accordingly. I would ask if anyone on here that has not made a mistake in the work or person. It's how you deal with it.

Yes there is arrogance from the CEO however there are two things and this point I am not defending her. The culture in which they come from is completely different to how the working class man sees football in England.
Secondly her translation maybe somewhat to be desired and is not such a bad thing she no longer does any press conferences.

For the record I support the club and my support is 100% behind Slade and the chaps this season. No one enjoys relegation, defeats and lows but at the end this is why we love the game.

Man City and Leicester were on their arses 10 years ago now look at them. I remember going to Stamford Bridge in the early 80s when they only got 7,000 for a home game.

Football is like a tide our time goes out and will come back in again. Support the team and enjoy Saturday's rather than making it a toxic atmosphere which ain't nice especially when taking your kids to a game.

Ask yourself what would motivate you as a player and what our fans is this going to drive them forward
Remind me where the businessmen who run Man City and Leicester come from again would you? I seem to have a memory like someone who contradicts themself within a couple of posts...
Missing the point, look where both them clubs were 10 years ago.
As for the Man City owners they were the ones who were set to buy Charlton.
In terms of Leicester the knocked Mowlem for their new stadium and was Milan Madric who got them promoted.
One minute you suggest a Belgian owner is preferable to an Asian one, the next that we should be looking at two clubs whose Asian owners have projected them into the stratosphere. It's confusing.
Have a day off. I said careful what you wish for and the only people that can afford clubs at the moment are from the far east.
Man City are owned from the middle east and was highlighting where they were 10 years ago.
Leicester were picked up only 18 months ago by the new owners and Madric had got things going by then.

Read chapter and verse and not what you want to see.
Leicester were relegated to the third tier under Mandaric, following promotion they were sold to the AFI people in 2010, and he stepped down as chairman in 2011, not 18 months ago.

You most certainly did not say "...the only people that can afford clubs at the moment are from the far east." What you actually said, and what I was picking up on was "...if it was sold probably only end up in the hands of an Asian businessman." You need to read your own posts properly. The de-facto owner of Manchester City is from the UAE, the owners of Leicester are from Thailand. Both countries are in Asia.

Oh, and while we are at it this statement is false too: "As for the Man City owners they were the ones who were set to buy Charlton". Zabeel investments looked at The Addicks, the Abu Dhabi United Group purchased Manchester City.

Is that enough "chapter and verse" for you?
