So all of a sudden an International player on loan from a Premiership club, who can hold a couple of positions and who's already played in our league is not good enough for us.

What are people seriously expecting or hoping for?
  • I was quite keen on this player in a "FFS Roland, why haven't you signed this guy? He's exactly the sort of player we need!" kind of way. But now he's signed him I'm underwhelmed. FFS Roland, why are you signing youth team players with little or no experience?

Welcome Milos, no pressure but if you don't get dirty shorts your doomed son
  • Not really concerned by the lack of experience, have watched a midfielder with plenty of it have rings ran round him for most of the season (JJ).

Hope he surprises a lot of people and helps turn our season around! Good luck Milos!

You think he will get as far as a football pitch before that happens on here?
  • Loans are a devil dressed in sheep's clothing unless you are using just one or two to strengthen a hugely strengthened side already.

Welcome Milos ... We all dream of a team of unpronounceables, unpronounceables, unpronounceables.

Became a very good player on FM14 eventually. Is that good enough?

I've proper been waiting for this signing, it's like all my Christmasses have come at once, I can't wait to get down the ground and buy a replica shirt with his name and number on for my boy.

Oh no wait, I couldn't actually give a Millers Fig, yawn

    see what I mean?

A proper defensive midfielder could actually make a big difference to us - it did last season when Poyet came into the side and this lad is the same age so it's not fair to write him off, but we still need a couple of players who know how to get the job done in the Championship.

Welcome anyway Milos, hopefully you're a good 'un.

One for the future.......... of the Spurs team.
  • After Saturday, when we were cut apart, a mobile, enthusiastic defensive midfielder is just what we need. Forget the goals scored column, we need to get back to basics, staying solid and grinding out clean sheets

Has a brilliant name so must be good

Welcome. I've read good things about you so show us what you're about sunshine - and make it snappy
  • Providing he's any good, this would be a starting line-up I would like to see? ...

    ----------GK*----------
    Solly---TBH--Bikey---Wiggins
    --------Veljkovic--------
    ----Cousins---Jackson-----
    ------Gudmundsson-------
    -----Watt-----Vetokele-----

*Who knows out of Dmitrovic and Etheridge?! (Well, Ben Roberts I suppose!)

Not a bad team.. I'd quite like a 4-2-3-1 with

    ......Velj..Cousins
    Gud Vetokele Harriott
    ............watt

Velj holding, cousins going box to box but dropping in front of defense when it's needed.
igor has the pace to come from deeper and I believe he spent some time on the wing a couple years back so should be able to adapt to that role.. We may just find he is more effective there!

This would give us a strong defensive base with plenty of pace to hit on the break!
