There is a strong wind, it is about three hours until the great dome lift off, it can change.0
-
It's in bexley heavy rain n strong winds0
-
The problem is in the last 5 Weeks only 2 matches have been played In march 4 games are gonna be played in 2 Weeks0

If this hadn't caused a problem when they inspected yesterday there is little chance that a few heavy showers will make much difference. The wind will blow any showers through very quickly and although raining hard in Sidcup it is already clearing in the distance.se9addick said:
But if its a drainage issue then it's the water board beneath the pitch that's the issue and I don't think the cover will help much with that.ShootersHillGuru said:

Hopefully this good stuff is following that it's glorious down here although breezy.0

Mix of bright sunshine and occasional heavy rain and hailstones here in deepest Wokingham. Leaving soon so any bad stuff on the M3, M25 and A2 doesn't screw up my day. Forecast for God's own true land (yes, Charlton) is sunshine, lighter showers and strong wind until about 5pm. So the match will be fine but we'll get seriously pissed on getting back to cars etc.
So looking forward to the game, and seeing the new boys stuff Brum. COYAs!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Sun back out in Sidcup. I actually think the wind is going to be more of a problem. Will make the game a real lottery.1
-
Proper storm, thunder & lightning, just passed through Bromley. But it only lasted about 15 mins. No doubt it's above Charlton now. The sun is now out !
HOWEVER, THE PITCH IS COVERED UNTIL 13.30 AND HAS BEEN COVERED FOR THE LAST 4 WEEKS !
The game must start & hopefully finish unless there is a large amount of rain after 13.30.0 -

Sun coming out now but still raining still think it's gonna be fine.0

In SE London, Clouded over, got very dark with a clap of thunder but brightening up again now. Dark clouds heading in direction of the Valley. Hoping ground staff keeping covers on for the next half an hour to 45 mins at least.0
-
Haha sun is back out... This match could be like a day at Wimbledon with play continuously being stopped to put the covers on ;-)0
-
The real problem could be the Ref. He might turn up, look at the forecast for ko and call it off !0

Did anyone see the news report about the flooding in Bridge nr. Canterbury. The water table is so high that people's house are being flooded from underground springs. The water was bubbling up through the roads. Crazy weather.

Mainly sunshine from now on, with a small shower.
