I agree. Midfield is woeful, bar Dobson. He can't do it all on his own. Back line haven't had any cover, forward line, not enough support.

Reeves was a free agent so it would have only been around the salary, contract length etc but yes, JCH seems like Reeves willing to wait which is understandable from the players point of view.
What didn’t help Reeves was that he waited and waited before it got done around the start of the season meaning he didn’t have a proper preseason with us.
I think a lot more transfers are protracted and on-off than fans like to believe. Just some are played out more publicly than others. Fans like to think every player that signs for their team did so immediately they were made an offer because they're just so excited to be joining our amazing club, but reality is there's too many moving parts and too much at stake for the Individual that it is inevitable that things will get delayed and drawn out.
There has to be some element of patience involved and if you believe that you are waiting for the right man then you should wait. If you're not willing to wait then that probably says it wasn't the right signing anyway, or at least you lacked belief in them.
