  • 20K pw = £1M pa, not £10M pa.
    Bastard sums.
  • Ferguson hasn't been mentioned much, out of work has got promoted from league one several times
  • Beale is regarded by people in football as one of the brightest coaching talents globally Somebody who I know who has also done his uefa b badges and knows him well says he’ll be going back to Liverpool with stevie g when klopp goes and is with gerrard for the long haul
No way he’s coming to us

Blame it on the exchange rate 😂

Exactly, are any of them really worth it. Too much money sloshing around in the Premier League.
  • If Warburton gets the gig beware of Cojones coming for him with a knife......and a tub of marge and a block of Cheddar.

This could well be true but it doesn’t allow for Beale at some point wanting the gaffers job. It might be that he is perfectly happy doing what he’s doing but most good coaches want a crack at being number one at some point. He won’t get a Premier League managers job. Might get a Championship club willing to take him on but it’s probably league one where he cuts his managerial teeth.

A rhetorical question..of course they are not worth it, but you ain't gonna stop it long as you have out's like Sky and BT Sport throwing money in the air for them all to catch, working man's game, my arse..

Klopp just signed a new contract. He ain’t going anywhere anytime soon.
  • Cannot believe there is people comparing warburton to adkins ! 😂 some people are  absolutely clueless
I know, Adkins is younger and has had more promotions

Presumably because fellow fans think meh, the same as me.
I don't want Ferguson, but I can't say I'm strongly opposed like Lennon & Hasselbaink.

Beale probably won't get a championship job now but before he is 50 he probably will, especially if he goes to Liverpool with $tevie G MBE and wins a few things.  Didn't do second choice Steve much harm.

How can we tell how long it will be or if ever he wants to be number one ? He’s 41 now so if he decides he wants to build something and win a few things he’s what I would suggest is nearing the now is the time moment. My guess is he’s happy where he is for now. I think though at some point he’ll branch out on his own.

That was part of my point he would probably have a much stronger hand to play in 5 years time.  Although it's equally possible his hand will be much worse.

But first managers job at 46. I think he’ll get the chance before that.

I know Warburton is leaving QPR, but would a mid table League one club be a big enough draw, or does he see himself as a championship manager?

Depends on how much he is offered
  • And what he considers is the potential of the club.

I don't think it's entirely out of the question. We did finish mid table this season but everyone will be aware that that's not our natural position.

If he wants a club where he gets a full summer, I'm not aware of any Championship clubs that have a vacancy other than the one he just left...

Think Charlton a great job for anyone the potential is massive .. Facillites second to none .

it’s a great challenge for anyone who has faith in himself
Facilities 2nd to none you say.

Which year did you have the lobotomy?
  • Well Manning is definitely going to be managing in League 1 next season unless he leaves MK.
