I hope TS does now bite the bullet and gets rid of NA. Sadly if he doesnt, social media will turn nasty, again, against TS, calling for him to sell the club and go.....that's not what I want, not least because there is hardly a queue of people lining up to buy us, but also because I think his heart is in the right place. TS needs to swallow the bitter pill of sacking NA and giving a new manager and backup team the chance to help him realise his dream.

It isn't so much about the results even. The performances have been unbelievably bad
It’s been a good 20 mins here, a good half here etc. We are yet to put in one complete 90mins in a game. 12 games in and we still look so unbalanced and unorganised. Almost a 1/3 of the season gone. Need 50+ points and we don’t look like we are going to put form together any time soon.
I know this divides opinion, but we have 2 people on Charlton TV who would solve this - Curbs manager and Brown defence coach - I don’t buy the ‘football has changed since Curb’s last managed’ - it hasn’t - yes there have been tweaks to the game, but that has always been the case with football - Curbs started out in the game in 1974, knows the game inside out, and has seen more changes in the game than there have been since he last managed

And, whilst some think Brown talks too much on Charlton TV, if you listen to him, he talks so much sense, especially about the basics of defending
That is really not helpful - we want rid of the manager, not the fucking owner - be careful what you wish for - drive TS away, and we could end up in real shite i.e. off the field shite
Jackson and Euell TEMPORARILY until a good manager can be hired or they prove themselves worthy. We need to change now. Lincoln were shit and still won despite us scoring twice.
He's got to go. This cannot be turned around. The underperformance, poor results and tactical ineptitude are staggering given his CV and the players he has available. Anything from here (even a win on Tuesday) is delaying the inevitability that he is not going to be the manager who can take us anywhere apart from potentially down.
