Have Ipswich actually sold/loaned out any of their excess players?
Yeah think a couple left. Got no idea who they choose in attack - Chaplin, Fraser, Burns, Nolan, Aluko, Edwards, Celina, Barry, Pigott, Bonne, Norwood and Jackson competing for 4 spaces. That's three teams they could field.
They've got a 28 man squad but with 3 goalkeepers and 3 U21 they've somehow managed to get the squad down to the 22 limit.
Also can't work out how PSG have reportedly turned down almost 200m for Mbappe when he's out of contract in a year. Unless they're hoping a few months playing with Messi changes his mind about a new contract, that is complete and utter madness when 200m means nothing to you.

I'm assuming they're lining up a big contract for him.

I think the whole bid was just a big smoke screen for Real Madrid to play their hand in negotiations with mbappe in the summer and be like look we were willing to sign you for €220 million with a year left we really want/wanted you more than anyone else.

Possible but what if PSG had accepted the bid?
Crazy that PSG turned it down, but equally as crazy that Madrid were offering it.
Tbf Mbappe should be trying to get out of that Farmers league.
He's a top top player, but the very best players get even better when they are required to raise their game. This is easier to do whilst you're still very young and super fit.
Would be wasted potential playing against Brest every year.

He didn't make the step up in the Euros. Indeed I thought he looked average during that tournament.

But as a teenager he won the tournament, scored in a final and won the best young player award at a World cup.
Doncaster have been giving relatively long contracts out for this sort of journeyman player.
We gave Bogle a 1 year deal, they took him on in January and gave him an 18 month deal. Now they've given Dodoo 2 years
Bogle had an option for a 2nd year. They basically just took over his contract.
But who had the option though, us or the player?
It was based on appearances as far as I know and he was on course to hit it. They either had to give him 18 months or we had to pay him off. I don't know if we paid them though.

Before he played for Bologna, he was at Sint-Truiden for the 2018/19 season! Was Roland still the owner then?

Interestingly, the deal isn't permanent yet. It's a loan until January, with a view to making it permanent then

Kean Bryan joined WBA and much lower down the pyramid Joel Lynch has signed for Crawley.
