    It does feel like we’re walking on eggshells at the moment, but we weren’t smashed on Saturday. I’m confident NA and SG are hatching a plan.

    Yes only Charlton could make such a mayonaise of a simple signing, hopefully it will get sorted and everything will come out sunny side up.

    You would assume the start of the Football League season is a pretty important time for a journalist who covers the Football League!

    Definitely. Cawley asked the club as to when were they planning to do nothing in the transfer window.
    They told him Steve Gallen was sitting on his hands in August.

    Cawley booked his holiday dates around that.

    This Kirk saga reminds me of the Wilder offer, when he was on his way down to London to sign for us and Sheff United hijacked it met him in a London hotel and signed him 😡 hope I’m wrong
