Apologies if this has been posted before but this is my favorite story of coincidence.

Same thing happened to me when the local shopkeeper wouldn't sell me a copy of Razzle
Was that the moment you decided to become a shopkeeper yourself?
Yeah, loved the power of telling all the pervs I ain't selling em dirty magazines.

Coincidentally, they usually weren't any fit state to sell.....

A couple of years ago, I was walking to a mates house in the morning and a dog came bounding up to me. I said good morning to the dogs owner (quite an attractive woman) and had a little chat and then me and my mate drove 8 hours in the car to Edinburgh. We were there for the weekend.
That night, in Scotland, we went to a bar and I saw the attractive woman with the dog! So, I went up and said hello and she didn't recognise me. I told her that we had an encounter that morning in London and what a coincidence it was to see her. She replied that it was her identical twin sister who lives in London and she lives in Edinburgh!
Anyway we swapped numbers and remained acquaintances and that's become one of her favourite stories to tell people.
That is so crazy!! But just checking... she didnt have a matching dog did she as it sound like she was in the bar in Edinburgh with the dog!

The twin sister in Edinburgh didn't have a dog herself, but now I wish the dogs were identical sisters too!

30 years or so ago I worked for a summer in an American kids camp in Malibu.

One of the ladies working there lived in Bromley like I did.

Coincidentally the first line of her address (house number and road name) was an exact match to my address! I hadn't realised there were two roads in Bromley with the same name until then.

  • Bumped into someone I used to be pally with as a teenager for the 1st time in about 32 years a couple of months ago Have since bumped into 3 times in the last 3 months.

Maybe you should stop stalking him?

Is this you announcing you are having an affair with your first love?

That is quite possibly the most bonkers unlikely coincidence I have ever heard in my life. All that was meeting was sleeping with both of them in the 24hr window
