Seems he's admitted that Robert Snodgrass wont be playing against tonight because of a Gentleman's Agreement between West Brom and West Ham when he moved clubs. He's said that West Ham wouldnt do the deal without that being the case and happens all the time with loan agreements
Still though the Premier League are going to look into it

I like how Amazon are included in continue to show, but then don't actually have a single game. They have had two games in January, but that's only because they were postponed from December.

Which is f+*king ridiculous. So if a defender stretches to intercept a through ball to an offside player and gets the slightest touch, then the ball goes through to that player, because the defender has deliberately touched the ball the forward is onside?
If that rule is enforced then I can see periods of games where teams chasing a game will consider condensing the play and play a striker 5 yards behind the opposition defence continuously offside hoping a defensive deflection puts them through on goal.

Maybe I’m just getting old but I’m sure I remember in the Prem against arsenal van Persie being offside but fortune intercepted the ball, dawdled on it and was dispossessed by van persie who played someone else in and scored. The goal was given as it was deemed a “new phase of play”

The Premier League has formally agreed to trial the use of permanent concussion substitutes.
Clubs approved the trial during a shareholders meeting on Wednesday, although there is no start date yet.
The trial will begin when the "implementation of the reporting processes" has been resolved.
The new rule means up to two permanent substitutions can be made in the event of head injuries, even if all replacements have already been used.
To avoid potential abuse of the rule, opposition teams will also be able to make a change at the same time.

He has gained a massive advantage. That is offside as soon as that ball in lumped forward. I dont think I've ever seen that happen before. Blimey.
