I see the pigs flying over Belgium! Thanks for great work and confronting the old....... Well done, ROT!foresthillred said:Ok. So here is what Duchatelet told us earlier. Please take this with a pinch of salt.
There are still two interested parties, the Aussies and a British one.
He is selling the lot. Would have kept the Valley but only four of the ex-directors approved this.
He loves Richard Murray. "He is a super guy."
He hates Peter Varney and CARD. The latter have misled the majority of fans. He would have led us to the Premier League otherwise. "You have missed an opportunity."
He is no longer interested in football.3 -
He never was interested in football, just making money out of it.foresthillred said:Ok. So here is what Duchatelet told us earlier. Please take this with a pinch of salt.

James S could only have got the “NOT a nursery” line from one of the Aussie consortium. With that and the tweets from Airman and Rich Cawley earlier, it is starting to look very very close now.
Don’t know what to make of RD’s comments to the RoT team. Might be lying ( NO, SURELY NOT, UNTHINKABLE) but he’s just about bonkers enough to do anything so I hope the contract is already signed.
I quite like the fact that Duchatelet hates CARD. Cos I fuckin hate him back, with a vengeance!58 -

Wait til he sobers up !1

He's hardly going to say he likes an organisation specifically named and targeted against him is he?
If RM is so "super" perhaps you can headhunt him for a position at your new hotel Roland? We won't mind if he moves to Belgium I promise.5 -
I find it amazing that we can relate Eastleigh to Sunderland.Addickted said:Sunderland takeover now gone through, subject to the sale of Eastleigh

Mr Duchâtelet showed us around his new hotel today, which resembles a very nice, if slightly dangerous, 1970s building site. He was very proud to show us the patch of dusty, bare concrete where all the dancing will take place.28

I say, that James chap seems to have heard a bit of good news.
A bit off for a chap to dangle a bit of news and then bugger off though. After all, a chap has a right to expect a decent chap to spill the beans. The bounder needs a debagg at the very least. He has got my gander up I can tell you. I don’t expect the cad to post on here until he has offered to the decent thing and stand a round.
After all dam it, if we don’t insist on standards where will be? Bloody Australia!3 -
They will all be included in the full transcript when it is publishedsammy391 said:

Wot? Like, next week on 26th? Who picked that date then (first)?JamesSeed said:Great meeting. I’m in trouble at home because I’m supposed to be organising a dinner party and I wasn’t there. Guests have arrived. Asaagh!
Roland wants out. Not hanging on to anything.
NOT going to be an Aussie nursery.
Should be done next week.
More tomorrow when I have time.1 -
So, putting aside the ongoing delusion, we have it straight from the donkey's mouth that he's selling as a direct result of the protests. Good to put that particular argument to bed.foresthillred said:Ok. So here is what Duchatelet told us earlier. Please take this with a pinch of salt.

When it happens - it's well done all Charlton fans who have fought against Duchatelet's regime in their own way.44

One caveat... If there are still two interested parties.... that means due-diligence is still happening and then approval from the league... its this correct?
If it is, then it sounds weeks off. I guess this will be a deader than dead transfer window.0 -
Who's saying there are still two parties? Oh, yeah Duchatelet the space cadet.NapaAddick said:One caveat... If there are still two interested parties.... that means due-diligence is still happening and then approval from the league... its this correct?

Still doubt there ever was a "British" group and the Aussies completed DD six months ago.
It will be done when it's done but it could be close.3 -

Now, now - violence isn't the answer.Manicmania said:Sorry but if he was ever in such close proximity to me I don't think I could resist the urge to lamp him one.
I wouldn't resort to violence and would take the moral high ground. Something like gently walking up to him and whispering in his ear "you're a c*nt".1 -

He and his cronies have been delusional since day 1. Good riddance and take anyone left that supported your mad tenure with you. I have no idea whether the Aussies intend to chuck money at Charlton but my inkling from reading reports and watching interviews with Andrew Muir is that he's a sensible, decent man. That'll do for me.foresthillred said:Ok. So here is what Duchatelet told us earlier. Please take this with a pinch of salt.
