Saturday will be my final home game until these vermin have departed. It's going to be a miserable occasion and, I don't mind saying, a bit emotional. What has it come to when people like me, who have lived and breathed Charlton all their lives, are driven away from something they hold so dear. Congratulations you arrogant, deceitful bastards - I detest you and everything you stand for.
They have now changed it. £550 for my seat is extortionate.
Worth every penny to watch us outplayed by the likes of Northampton, Shrewsbury, Fleetwood & Bury after the people running our club underestimate the strength of League 1. :-)

I really was unsure what to do about my season ticket. I support the protests but I have a great seat that I've had since the East Stand opened. However, the refusal to recognise the difference in value for £500 in the Championship to £500 for League One tipped me over the edge into not renewing.
I may yet buy one elsewhere in the ground, I'm leaning towards not, but every year since my first season ticket I've bought early bird and I resent being put in this situation. This regime is utterly clueless and apparently in complete denial at what they've done to this wonderful club. It's a disgrace is what it is.
Stupid to issue prices when relegation looked likely and then stick to the early bird mantra.
The season ticket prices round the ground have to come down having been relegated and those fans who renewed (outside north lower) will be worse off than if they had held out.
Surely the combination of relegation and potential ownership change is why you can't buy a season ticket online now (could be basic incompetence)
£500 for league 1 is a lot and also won't encourage people to renew.
I'm more interested in waiting to see if the club will continue next season with the categorising of matches, gold and silver fixtures won't be necessary in my opinion.

They're going to be replaced with two shades of brown, unpolished and polished...
I don't have a reliable figure so don't hold me to it, but the suggestion last Saturday was 3-4,000. That also feels about right to me.
Notably, no increase in prices in the lower north or for kids. That's sensible, but contradicts what they said last week to sell the tickets, which is dishonest, amazingly.

Agreed, was told around Thursday that it was high 2,000's so could well have got past 3k but doubt it quite reached 4k.
After being scammed out of god knows how much this season, I'm not paying these thieving twunts another penny until they sell up.
In the meantime I'll go support a local non-league side. Most likely Welling United.
We can hold as many public protests as we like but if people continue to be stupid enough to keep turning up and giving RD and KM money then they're not going to go.

You're failing to see what Roland and Katrien can see. It's great value.
Two more home games than this season A chance that you might actually see some home wins (not guaranteed) The opportunity to freely move around the ground as the game progresses
I really can't get my head around why anyone would buy a season ticket under the current regime. Is it just blind loyalty to CAFC? It's not as though there are going to be any shortage of available seats. As I've said before, any season ticket purchase will be seen by RD, KM and RM as a vote of confidence. IMO it's just telling them to carry on running the club in the same way as the last 2 years and bugger the consequences.

same 23 league home games as this year.
Fewer of those inconvenient midweek games then, we we can play on Saturday during the international breaks!
There are 10 of us that have had the same seats in the east since 1994 so more than likely we will renew a day before the season starts but as we sit in one of the most expensive places in the ground there is no chance of those tickets going.
The only seats in danger are north lower and those at the front of the upper
Oh and a properly formulated Target 20k would have recognised you need to consider the impact of relegation in your ticket prices.
I should probably have worded that differently. I am in no doubt the people on it would have told the club their thoughts about pricing. I'm also in no doubt whatsoever that the club ignored the advice. I mean, tickets will be so scarce who cares they will be so expensive for League One, right?

And extra FA Cup match(es) PLUS don't we get in the Paint Trophy thing as well. Cup overfloweth.

Extra FA Cup matches?!
It doesn't matter which round we start in - Round 1 or Round 3 (or 4th Qualifying Round in a couple of years' time) - we don't normally win more than two cup matches a season!

Pricks who just dont care about the fans / club!!

For League 1 - that really isn't that bad and I would think RD and KM would be fairly happy with that!
