I tell ya what it's only a friendly but what a confidence and belief boost from coming back.
Great stuff.2 -
What do England keep signing on repeat?1
-
Wow. There is going to be some horrible optimism now but how good were we?0
-
I know it was only a friendly, can't believe what I've just seen, 2-0 down against the world champions, fantastic match.0
-
Does that mean the Scots think we're world champs?6

F-T 3-2 England. Great game. Great pace in the team, worked hard, excellent goals, lots of pace. Great to have some goal scorers in the team. Pleased for Alli as well, who doesn't have to worry about missing that chance.0

At last. An entertaining friendly involving England.
Roy got the tactics spot on when we went 2-0 down.
Jose, take note!0 -
Between Rose and Dier as MOTM for me.2

What a win. First time I've enjoyed watching England in a long while. Have to say though, even more pleasing than the win was the performance and style of football, tiki-taka at moments. There's no reason why this current group can't go on to be a real danger come Russia 2018.3

I'm alluding to 67 home championship.North Lower Neil said:

Has to be Alli with those two in close contention behind, a missed chance happens in football.Laddick01 said:Between Rose and Dier as MOTM for me.
Rare for a friendly to make someone happy, but this one will do that - shows potential in young players playing with real real confidence. Something England have never really toyed with in the past, just stuck to the 'big teams' players.2 -
Yep. 4-4-2 Diamond, with Barkley in behind Kane & Vardy.Addickted2U said:At last. An entertaining friendly involving England.

Best England performance I have seen in years, well done to all involved!!1

At 2-0 Germany I feared a rout. Three quality goals and some great play gave us a memorable win.1

First time in 40 years that England have won 3-2 after being 2-0 down....and its against Germany...get in!!!1

Lots to like. Germany may have had a goal disallowed but Alli missed an open goal so that equaled that a bit. Some decent players will not make the squad though. Always nice to beat Germany!0

Bit of a result on the betting as well, cashed out when Germany went 2-0 up, cashed out when England came back at 2-2, and took the England win at the end...nice one!!0

Horses came up today as well, anyone would think its my birthday.....oh it is!!!! The grand age of 61 has been reached today and the bookies have been kind to me....thanks lads!!!12

Fantastic win! We are much better at football without the likes of Rooney (sorry,I know he's been good and is all time England top scorer) sterling, etc1

I picked the right night to be stuck in the middle of nowhere with no TV and the flakiest internet :-( Great result, hope the youngsters take a lot of belief into the Euros.0

Delighted for the travelling fans who have been an absolute credit to us - extremely loud throughout.

Kane really is the real deal!0

Great result and performance. Maybe not a surprise that the best performers were basically the Tottenham and Leicester players1
