The real issue with this fiasco is this. We have shifted out Watt and Vaz Te, KAG and Pigott. Leaving Makienok and Reza and a 17 year old kid who is injured. I assume that they think they have a striker deal done but as we all know it never done until it's done. Should it fall through and god knows we are shit at getting things across the line. We are left in a relegation battle with Reza and Mak.
These people running us havnt got a freaking clue.
Hey, you forgot Josh Umerah.
I understand he's made the very smart move of changing his first name ever so slightly from Josh to José. He's now the first name on the team sheet.
Or they have accepted relegation and are trying to cut costs in readiness, but that would require and intelligent strategy.
There was reportedly a relegation clause when Roland bought the club, so at the very least he can conceive of relegation, accept it...and now it looks like he welcomes it, but won't plan for it obviously.
Any chance of any proper transfer rumours involving players who may be joining us?
A little exercise for you redbuttle
Think of the worst player in the world... got that?
Now, he loses his left leg in a freak bass fishing accident...
He has four ex wifes and 23 feral children to support... keeping up?
Then, Katrien phones him and offers him a £10,000 pw 5 year contract (implausible this bit I know, Mademoiselle Miere only uses minions and foreign media)
That player turns us down whilst wheezing all the way to his appointment to the asthma clinic.

That's us that is... Charlton Athletic 2016
Jesus, you have lost it mate....
You have to be insane to understand their dealings.
If Ceballos does go it will be a beautiful summary of our transfer policy:
Player is identified by manager who claims he is central to his plans.
Player plays a few games, does some things well but is injured before being able to put a run together.
Manager is sacked.
Player is out for four months while we plummet down the table.
Player returns short of match fitness two managers later at a time where we can't necessarily afford to wait for players to get fit.
Player is offered out to other clubs after six months at the club, four of which he was injured for.
Honestly, what's the plan? How many games or months does a player have before he's judged as garbage? Bergdich was signed by Luzon (in theory), told by Fraeye in January that he was unwanted, and then starts weeks later for Riga. So what, he's good enough now? I've been guilty of moaning about Bergdich in the past but he never got enough time or football to really be judged as a total flop either way. Are there any other clubs who send players through the revolving door in the way we do? Probably not, as spending all our time in the relegation zone doesn't exactly sell the policy to other clubs.

Seriously couldn't agree more. It's a total shambles and says everything we need to know about the club and how incompetent they are.
Ceballos if given the chance to get fit can be a really important player for us, creative spark we desperately are lacking but clearly, this club is not run the way it should be so they only care about what suits them, not what the club actually needs.
