By dictating what questions would be answered which is how it seems to me from the aim will be to continue to divide the fan Base a sensible idea for km to do, let the fans consume themselves with the focus of destroying each other and she won't have to do anything, time to bury grievance and personal gripes against eachother and become a unity that they had taken for granted,
A statement like he has a lot to explain indicates resentment and miss trust it also plays right into the hands of km
Surely the right question is hopefully those there can explain the situation
Will be interested to see the Trusts stance on tonight's meeting.
Well by the sound of it, it was the bloke representing the trust that apologised to her for the protest so I wouldn't get your hopes up
I very much doubt it was a bloke representing the Trust. The bloke representing the Trust had some very pertinent questions ready, and would have gone straight into them. Those questions don't seem to have been asked at all.
He has a lot to explain
Who?
The bloke representing the Trust.
Well, if he had the questions ready and wasn't able to ask them, then I think he's as frustrated as you, me and everyone else on this thread.
On the evidence of the reports to date it looks as if it may go down in the annals of club history.
Unsurprisingly the content appears to have been for an entirely different audience - a Staprix corporate audience. It is after all what corporate lawyers (this individual is no senior executive) do!
It appears we are dealing, sadly not for the first time, with people who have an entirely different set of values.
I am truly embarrassed for those who gave up their own free time to be disrespected in such a manner.
Fanny I can but salute your post.
Over the coming hours and days as we all try to digest what appears to be the indigestible can we at least, no matter our different views, show respect to our own. There is enough disrespect coming from the club executive. WE are all on the same side.
As NLA suggests it appears we need a period of calm .............. before the storm !!!
I think KM has hacked my account.. Ghost edits all over the shop
That was me, and I am doing so to protect you. I cannot repeat anymore to people, be extremely careful in what you post when it comes to either insults, or what could be perceived to be advocating, inciting. You are all responsible for your own contributions.
Well after reading all the tweets tonight's meeting seems to have been a complete mess, does not sound like any real questions where asked and some daft one's where!!! So where do we go now?! For me it's protest before Ipswich game, do NOT buy anything from cafc at all for the rest of season(regardless if our form improves) Do NOT support KF during any game (again regardless if results improve) Show RD, KM and RM That this is no longer acceptable to treat CAFC as a child!!! Or an experiment!!!
I'm all for a period of calm fury until we get proper feedback tomorrow. But, if it was as staged and twisted as it has appeared so far, we need to unleash a widespread, consistent, imaginative, loud and furious shit-storm against the board.
Edit: Ps. And, by the way, I'll be looking for the Trust to co-ordinate and lead this. No more fence sitting in the hope of a cosier relationship with Meire. There is a time for some loud, flag waving leadership of the masses, and this is it!

I understand that AFKA, but by calling KM the c word I'm not inciting anything. Apologies if I've offended anyone. This club is so very important to all of us and to watch someone systematically tear it apart and belittle us while she does it really makes my blood boil. I'll step away for a bit, can't be a part of this at the moment.
Just got in. Posting without reading this thread since 6.20pm or thereabouts; I will, of course, read this back as soon as I have (ahem, @PaddyP17 has) typed this out.
First and foremost, Olly Groome - @Ollywozere - has confirmed to me personally that it will go out unedited for all to see, so whatever information has been disseminated this evening, everybody who wasn't there can watch the whole meeting on film, and their judgements will then be better informed.
You probably all know that the panel consisted of:
- Katrien - Richard Murray - Jacko - Steve Avory - Chris Parkes - and I can't remember the others, but it'll be on @Curb_It 's notes!
Katrien began by pointing out how many people were there, and emphasised that the running of Charlton is a team effort. You may all have your opinions about that. Her exact words (as far as I remember) were, "Charlton Athletic is run by a team, not a person overseas, not one person".
We had a presentation regarding what's happened so far (since RD took over). It didn't receive any responses, except one, which asked "you spent £9m on players, but you haven't told us about money that's come in"; Katrien responded to that (can't remember her words on that).
There were no other comments on it.
Then the real meeting began, and I think was excellently led by @rikofold. Very quickly, Richard Murray chipped in, and one of the phrases he used is that "We will be a club that doesn't eat money". He spun a lot of positives around the Sheffield Wednesday result, and said, "If Karel does a good job, he can make the job his own".
He also said (Murray that is) that the most important relationship in a club is between the owner and manager, and therefore he wants to appoint somebody he can trust.
I gave up keeping a detailed record around about here, as I was making my own point about five managers in two years being excessive, and us not being any better off than when this regime first arrived. Katrien's response was that they'd all been successful appointments. Personally, I don't think she was right.
Apparently this was met with some consternation on here and on Twitter (says Paddy).
Other things that emerged was there were no plans to move from the Valley; supporter engagement will happen "every so often" [verbatim from KM]; Mark Stow is in charge of scouting; every recruitment is based on data analysis [she said, I paraphrase]; and a new Comms officer will start on 1st February 2016*.
(*Paddy's analysis: plenty of time for me to apply, then.)
The demonstration was (very unwisely, in my view) seen as only being 2% of the fans, and the unspoken interpretation was that it was a small minority and the rest were okay. Katrien did say that the personal nature of some of the things that happened, and follow-up emails, were pretty low.
At around about this point, I felt Katrien was feeling it again, and feeling hurt again. It wasn't faked, but it didn't come pouring out either. In my own view, it would be better to play the ball and not the man, and criticise her for what she does, while avoiding it being bullying or personally abusive.
I said - and I quote myself, of course - that I was sorry people attacked her personally [Paddy's view: so this isn't an actual apology for there being a protest so much as those who were dickheads], and the line I took with her afterwards (when I spoke with her after all was said and done in the formal capacity) was "the job is the job, but you remain a human being, and deserve respect for that".
I didn't record a lot of the other stuff, although it was all good. Everybody who wanted to was able to contribute. No-one was censored; no-one was shut down. No-one was mocked; and no-one was laughed or sneered at. The meeting was generally assertive but it never became nasty.
As far as I could tell, every part of the prepared questions from the supporters generally were asked in one form or another. The fans dictated the agenda, even to the point that when rikofold spoke at the beginning of the meeting, Katrien inquired as to whether he was chairing it. By the way, Katrien clearly stated at the start that she was the overall chair. In my opinion, I think this is an indication of how surprised she was at the level of organisation from us.
Later on, I clearly stated that I had come to the meeting hoping to hear about change. However, it seemed to me that we were being offered more of the same. I said that more of the same has led to:
- A fall-off in attendances - Demonstrating fans - Poor results - Frequent customer service problems
And I feel we need more than "tinkering" to get things right. There was a feeling that this needs to be built on, and it's possible that the nature of this building means something different to Katrien than it does to the fans who were there.
I really urge everybody to read the viewpoints of others, and not just mine, and to watch the film for themselves.
Of course, my personal cover is now blown, so I expect to be mocked roundly, but I was there and did my best, and that's all I can say.
You all have an opportunity to express discontent at the Ipswich game. Protest and make yourself heard
Which is fine. But What was the point of this meeting.
She KM says she wants to engage with Fans, well she never replied to any emails i sent her asking if she would be willing to attend an Eltham Addicks meeting.
She would be better suited to looking after Players contracts and any legal issues as a Lawyer rather than being a CEO at our club.
She is unaccountable arrogant out of her depth and should listen to what we have to say.

Some made your heart sink and some made you let out full on belly laughs!
More motivated than ever to continue what I've been doing with the Spell it Out campaign because I want the best for this football club.
She just doesn't get it. Or more worryingly still, she does get it, but chooses to be this way...
What a shambles and PR disaster that was.
Bring on the Ipswich game.

Nice and simple. Costs from £595. Clear banner with KATRIEN AND ROLAND OUT.
TV game means the cameras and commentators would refer to it. Fly over the ground at kick off.
Make that £545 as I will lay down £50 to get the ball rolling.
If anyone is interested PM me - gonna call them in the morning.
I really wish you hadn't said that.
You've added some balance.
It defies belief it really does. Acting like that gives her basis to think 'it's only 2% everyone else is fine'
Embarrassing
