Bearing in mind it is looking more and more likely that Igor will hardly feature, then a striker on a season long loan (so as not to completely naff off Ahearne Grant) may be a necessity.
Sarr would be another big upgrade on paper, and I am expecting a long contract (3 or 4 years) to ensure sell on value.
He scored in the champs league group stages last year. Don't think he will be bricking it at Derby, QPR, Boro or any of our leading contenders.
What makes you think he will hardly feature?
It's a gut feel. Maybe pessimistic, but something doesnt seem right. Rumours of him still limping at the Welling friendly. Also he has had all summer to get over this achilles injury, which at best seems to be still in need of management.
Achilles injuries can take 6 months to get over. I would like another forward to come in; I think all 4 of ours have good attributes but I don't think we posess a 20 goal per season forward . Perhaps we are all being too greedy!
Achilles injuries are long term - and need to be completely heeled (sorry) before you stress them again. Had one once (not a sports injury) - but was sore for 4-5 months before I could say was 'cured'. Think playing him last season when he was injured might have complicated it. Would rather they wait for him to be 100%.

I saw him at welling , looked fine no limp
Did he have a gangster bop/strut going on that may be mistakable as a limp?
Would imagine that the inflated Lenglet price tag is too much for us (I'm please that we're not spending that much too). Sarr sounds like a decent option. I only know him from FIFA but seems like he's done well enough so far in his career. Definitely need a RB cover (maybe Herd?) as dont think Sarr plays there.
I heard yesterday that Guy was very impressed by a couple of the West Ham youngsters and spoke to Bilic about them. He was told that no one will be allowed out on loan while they are still in Europe.

Worth a one year deal. Not a brilliant goalkeeper but happy to sit on the bench and provide cover for Henderson and/or Pope who need to be competing for the no.1 position.
"If Taylor impresses during his training stint at Charlton he could earn himself a deal at the Valley to provide cover and competition for first-choice 'keeper Stephen Anderson."
I'd rather give Mitov a go than Taylor. Anyone happy to spend so much of a career on the bench can't be all that bothered when he does get some minutes.
Seriously don't get the point in getting, absolutely shocking keeper who has barely scraped 70 appearances in his entire career. I'd rather have Mitov as back up while Hendo is out.

Second it was possible to know at this point there are still details by hitting the agreement between the clubs, but only this: the prospects of achieving a full understanding soon are good. It is recalled that recently the Charlton hired Patrick Bauer the Maritime, with an open door in Portugal: the businessman who is negotiating the French central was the same who negotiated the German, moreover. The interest in Charlton Naby Sarr, moreover, is already old: already in January the club's Premier League II negotiated with Sporting hiring of the French at that time on loan with option to purchase. Hired a year ago to Olympique Lyon, the French young, only 21, made 19 appearances last season. He started the season as a starter, but ended up as fourth option for central defense, since after Maurice output. This time, finally, does not enter the options of Jorge Jesus, having sat out the trip to South Africa.

Steve Jones will drive him down
I think we could win the red/yellow card league this year.
Beginning to hope we get Millwall in a cup.
He was told that no one will be allowed out on loan while they are still in Europe.
When did he come back?
Taylor is good enough to sit on the bench and might well never be called upon.
