It sounds to me like everything is buttoned up with the exception of personal terms with Bulot
Katrien did say he was very expensive
Peeters wanted widemen who could cut in to shoot (Gudmunsson & Cousins). He wasn't going to drop JBG for Bulot.
I reckon it was unfairly pre-judged Bulot vs Bulot after he'd actually played a few games.
Remember quite a few adding him to their 'worst network signings' lists alongside Nego and Thuram, when he'd barely played an hour of football.
So, might be moving to another CA!
