They should be settled as losers but there'd be outcry from punters everywhere so they'll get their fivers and tenners back as a "goodwill gesture" from "bookmakers" Exchange will settle as losers

I know meeting off but as regards Windswept in the first. They have been disappointed bumper form not transfered to hurdles and no real answer to it just like Coquelicot. Both mentioned horses were expected to go to the Festival with live chances on what they showed last season in bumpers.

Gonna speak in hypotheticals here (i.e. assuming that the horses cannot travel).
You're betting on a horse to win: at the time of the bet being struck, it was possible for the horse to win. It is now not possible for the horse to win, and yes that's due to Irish restrictions/Brexit or whatever, but at the time it was. So, hard luck.
Of course, all the rules and Ts and Cs don't take into account this as a reason for NRs: as it's not strictly horse racing related, you'll probably see bookies make concessions in some way, as Nick says.

one of THE great owner/breeders over many years .. he won a lot of money and spent a lot of money worldwide .. his Juddmonte Farms are world famous as racing studs of the highest quality .. I wonder if the famous pink and green colours will be retired ? .. KBA had been ill for some time and had reduced his horse racing interests .. let's hope that the progeny of Frankel and his other famous stallions continue to be raced in the UK and worldwide .. Shocked its passed the 3pm inspection today from the reports I was getting. The look in the morning is for the predicted overnight frost. Will get final update from Olly tomorrow but upto yesterday he has been very bullish about him.

Cracking run by Miranda on Saturday bought a share for my ex father in law for his 70th birthday a couple of years ago won 5 fro 11 now and he has certainly had fun with her, I have now dipped my toe into the owners group, got Stage Star and 2 unraced as yet Huelgoat who Nicholls has said is a athlete and Blue Stello who is with Henderson for around £50 a year a bit of fun and ocassionally get a nice heads up.

I don't get BOG with any bookmaker, but it's no surprise to see them unashamedly chipping away at what little chance joe public have of perhaps breaking even.
