Maybe Tottenham Left Back Zeki Fryers? Ex Standard.

Good shout if Wiggins is out for a while.

Honest Pro, would be ideal short-term replacement for Stephens. Both Footed, Consistent all round player.
5ft 6". Has not scored for Palace in 50 games. Young and may develop but I do not think that is what we need atthe moment. If Wiggins is not fit, a left back would be a more urgent requirement. One who can play midfield as well a bonus.

Is creative though and will get a lot of assists... Exactly what we need IMO. Few of my Palace mates reckon he is most probably their best player and would play every week if he weren't always injured. Ideal short-term loan imo.

Erm ....... what did you say?

  • Only players allowed in are Roland Rejects so if only domestic loans are allowed that means no loans for us unless

a I am missing something or
    b. he buys another English club.

Piotr's not from one of his clubs, Gradel wouldn't have been, so that's not really the case.
  • Not sure Owen Garvan is fit and if he is Ipswich seem to want him back or maybe not.I'd love him here as a player, but if he is not fit I'm not so sure.

The 26-year-old – who made more than 150 appearances for the Blues after coming through their youth system – was a key part of the Eagles’ promotion winning side last season, played in the opening three games of this season but was then controversially left out of the Premier League club’s 25-man squad.

It led to a Twitter outburst from the Dubliner, who appeared to suggest that he would be at the club longer than manager Ian Holloway. That proved to be the case, Holloway walking away from Selhurst Park in October following a poor start to the season, with Tony Pulis replacing him.

Garvan spent the first half of the season struggling with the knee injury which kept him out for a prolonged spell in 2012/13 and only made his comeback for the Under-21s at towards the end of January.

Manager Mick McCarthy went to watch Palace’s Under-21 side beat Bristol City 2-0 on January 20, but Garvan lasted just 60 minutes after being forced off through injury. As a result, he has once again been left out of Palace’s 25-man squad and Ipswich have ended their interest.

Garvan told the EADT and Ipswich Star: “There was a possibility of me going back there a few weeks ago, but not anymore'

be nice to get a couple of very good loans in but where from, surely all the decent loan players have been loaned during the last month in the window, hope we havnt missed the boat cos all our rivals don't seem to,probs end up with Palase left overs

Seeing as Palace have the largest squad in Europe, they have loads of leftovers and most will be good enough for the Championship. At this stage of the season and in our position i'd take Palace and Millwall fans favourite's if they we're what we needed to stay up. As we have just witnessed, fans favourite's can and do move on and we just have to accept it. Any player can become a hero, lets hope some new one's are just about to show themselves.

When he came on at the away game last year, he completely changed the game along with KP. Great little player, would love to have him. Will be disappointed if he goes Millwall as he sets up loads of goals.

Messed the quote bit up above
  • Jordan Ibe a loan target according to Cawley
  • @RichCawleySLP: Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe a loan target for #cafc.

I don't know much about him, but I think he was in the academy once.

Hence why a short term loan would be a good option
  • Sounds promising.

I would be very impressed if we got Ibe.

I have seen him live twice , once as a late sub for Wycombe against us when he was still 15 and last season I attended an Arsenal V Liverpool U21 game at Underhill as my last ever match at that venue before Barnet moved. On that occasion in my view he was the best player on display, he was two footed but does anyone know which is stronger left or right?

An upgrade on Cameron Stewart in my view.
  • Saw the fella play for Liverpool in a friendly over the summer - he was mustard. Quick and skilful. Yes please!
  • Im sure he played a prem game last season? Looked very good
  • Played for Liverpool in a cup game this season, Notts County if I recall correctly and was decent enough.
  • He is principally right footed, from the you tube clips he looks exciting.

  • Decent player. Get him in!

Pleased for him. I hope he bangs in a few.

That'll be a good move for him... Especially if linking up with Rhys Murphy over there who is the League's 2nd top scorer... Think this could be his best chance of a loan move yet after spells with Leyton Orient / Wycombe and Torquay
  • Could we still add to the squad this morning and play them in today's game?

I believe midday is the cut off.

But no chance that CP would actually play them so soon after signing. He is a bit cautious like that.
  • Cheers Clem.
I thought if Ibe has been training with us maybe we'll announce it this morning.
