    Decent enough striker but not really going to help us. We don't need another striker, we need someone to get service to the strikers.

    Gower and Harriott coming back to fitness may help us, if CP plays Callum in his correct position of left wing. Gower came as a player with large number of assists but we played him as a holding CM until we discovered that JC was rather good at the job. However I forecast that we will have our skipper chasing shadows much like Matt Hollands did, unless we go 4-5-1. Does Pete the Pole enjoy hoofball? Hamer will be fit soon as we didn't recall Pope, so it will be interesting to see who is No 1. Given Solly's problems wide right is the area lacking unless Nego steps up his performance.

    Out - Evina, Pritchard, Cook, Hollands and Gower

    In:
    2 Wide-midfielder/Wingers (1 Left, 1 Right)
    2 Centre Mids (Ball Winner and Playmaker)

    For me we don't have the energy or balance in midfield and lose the battle in the middle of the park too often if we can find a way to sort that we can win the ball higher up the pitch, be able to use the counter more to our advantage, play more though the midfield and hopefully use the width and create more for our forwards in the final third.

    Gleeson would have to be a buy I'd be amazed if he was loaned out. Quinn could be available though.

    New left or right winger (as we will never play with 2 out and out wingers so no point). Creative midfielder and a centre back for me.

    Wishful thinking though. Likely to be new left back to cover Wiggins and 1 centre midfielder.

    We could loan him initially with a deal to sign him permanently in the summer like leeds did with stewart. Pay a loan fee the size of what would be an agreed transfer fee for him.

    I am sure the club are scanning for players now out of their teams 25. Start at Man City and work downwards.

    Also - if we sign anyone then they can't play for the entire season can they? Is that correct?

    Doesn't sound good and if I have to endure another 90 mins of Thuram on Saturday, I could end up needing treatment from a Psychiatrist :-(

    Freddy Adu has been playing out in Brazil for a while hasn't he? While I'm not suggesting we're too good for him, I think we need some experienced Championship players to dig us out of the bottom three. Roland has already taken enough risks in the transfer market which could yet cost us.

    Oscar looks about 10-years old so wouldnt be allowed to stay up late (especially as we've got a load of night games coming up)

    Hazard is Belgian so he fits the bill perfectly but I'm guessing the moment he signs for Charlton he'll be off to St. Truden on loan

    I notice the goalkeeper Lewis Price was also left out of the Nigels squad.

    If Hamer is out long term and Thuram does not improve / gets injured ,should we go for him ?

    We can't recall Pope because he is on a standard and not emergency loan this time.

    we have missed out on loads the last month but all our rivals have been picking the best for themselves and we have been getting players from Standard who are not good enough for them but are good enough for us,grrrr

    I expect us to surprise a few with some out of contract free agents from across the network of rolands scouting framework

    It would not surprise me if we saw atleast 1 from leige become a freebie and sign as not to take up a space

    Woukd love garvan I said it pre season we shouldve gone for him

    We can still recall pope, only times you can't are during first 28 days of the loan and if the club paid for the loan
