Thanks Airman. I'm not sure whether you are suggesting that we don't need to make a change, or just that Paul is not the right person. I will only say at this stage that if you keep doing what you have been doing, you will keep getting what you have been getting, which does not feel like a good idea at the moment.
That'll be a newly promoted team 15th in the league then? Sounds pretty good to me
It was reasonable performance by the team, away against an expensively attained squad riding high in the table. Whilst Charlton did not reach the level of certain other performances, neither did they play badly.
Not a lot to get too excited but nor was there a great amount to cause concern. Whilst Hamer made a mistake (catch or punch, but don't flap) for the goal, he also made a nice save towards the end.
Addressing the points raised regarding the management, targets and expectations need to be reasonable. CP appears to have been given a playing budget in excess of two clubs in the division, and roughly comparable to four others. Further, the transition between divisions also needs to be factored in. At this stage of the season, CP is doing a decent job and exceeding reasonable expectations.

Not panicking.
