Selhurst Policing raised by CAFC

I see to their credit the club has raised the complaints of fans that were aired at the Fan's Forum recently about policing at Selhurst as well as condemining and assisting re the bad behaviour

  • I think all clubs would do the same

not sure but still credit to them they didn't have to, and they responded to us CAS Trust and another memeber of the FF who raised it, and I assume other fans
  • Maybe I just missed it in the myriad of threads about the Palace match and related trouble but didn't they light a flare in the Jimmy Seed after they scored at ours earlier in the season?
  • they did and as for the police meeting, waste of money its a derby it happens of course i dont believe damage to peoples property at all acceptable, but i dont really see the reasoning behind having a "meeting" what needs to be said has been said. should just be put to bed until next season, i think we will see some sort of carnage when we meet with millwall in march.
  • I think we will see a huge police presence and a lot of old faces out and about and in the ends you don't want them to be

Cafc needs to be fully aware and prepared for what is coming

It's not a may its an is and If the club do not get their house in order ref tickets the problem will be inside not out

Anyone trying anything outside expe t to be jumped on

I expect known elements to be lifted prior to the match in quite high numbers

    Sounds like a curry house.

Of course the club knows this and will plan accordingly. However, the main reason Millwall get in Charlton areas is because Charlton fans buy tickets for their mates. A secondary factor is they get in through hospitality, often also bought by Charlton supporters. It's quite difficult for the club to do much about that.
  • Did they not have a group of about 15 in the east last time? Find it hard to believe they all got in through cafc fans buying them tickets.

Be same again although as nla said people from both sides will have different agendas.
  • A plague is coming
  • Peace be on you nolly

The lion had it's tail pulled and is out on the war path with just the rampaging addicks armed with car wing mirrors in the way. Nowhere will be safe
  • Yeah righto airman like when we played them last time or when Leeds came down and needed the win and they were every where

They do get bought tickets by fans but those ain't the ones anyone moans about

It's the groups of 5-10 blokes that get in buying their own tickets , renting boxes and the club officials do nothing about it

And it gets sorted by fans

We will see I would bet my house stewards and club officials will do nothing about it same as normal
  • Not to mention the filthy little Millwall rats who bundled over the disabled guy to force their way into the West Stand last time out. Still makes my blood boil just thinking about that incident. Scum

    I didn't see Leeds fans `Everywhere'.
Some spanners have red cards so they can buy tickets.

  • We were in the west lower against leeds the section closest to the away end

And there was loads in there with us shed
