Very significant difference is that warnock was quoted directly in the article and on BBC London and confirmed story is true.
Blimey, imagine if the get a play-off spot and then slip into administration and get a 10 point deduction.
That'd be a shame.
A crying shame.
No really.
No honest.
No?

Id rather they got relegated, on the final day of the season, by goal difference, and only as a result of slipping into administration

Didnt they get relegated on the last day of the season a few years back?.....Seems to have slipped my mind
Just come off the 'phone to a Palace employee who was congratulating us on our fine victory against 'The Weed' yesterday.
I of course brought up the issue as to whether he had received his salary yet and did he want a 'sub'. He suggested that if I were to ask the question this time next week then he'd probably be forced to take me up on the offer. Some of the ludicrous finacial dealings Jordan has been carrying out over the past six to nine months are as a result of him counting his chickens before he's even built the hen house. Even if they are able to raise £2/£3m in january ("If we manage to last until then"), then this money has ALREADY been borrowed during the summer at a ludicrous rate of interest.
He is presently updating his CV and has already applied for a couple of other jobs as he feels that the wolf is not just at the door but halfway up the stairs.
Could be an interesting couple of weeks for that nice Mr Jordan.
[cite]Posted By: Floyd Montana[/cite]Newspaper reports Hull want Ambrose for a million. Do we get any via sell on clause? Or Santa Claus?
And Franny Jeffers is heading for Notts County. Apparantly he is out of favour at Sheffield. I wonder why? Tosser
Dispite his good form, with Palace needing the money desperately, I doubt Hull would bid a million for him.
Regardless of how badly Palace need the money, I doubt it'll be coming from Hull.
I can't seriously see anyone making a bid for him, whilst he has been a huge success at Palace, the rest of his recent history as some of you will testify has been poor, and so for someone to make a serious bid for him, I would imagine they would want to see at least a full decent season before laying out at least a million.
I have been reading some of the threads on BBS and HOL and they make for pretty grim reading. What must be even more frustrating/worrying is the silence from around Jordan other than what Warnock has said. If Jordan is playing brinkmanship to get cut a deal then he is playing an extremely risky hand. For all those fans who say let's get to administration and then the club can move forward again, being in administration ain't a barrell of laughs and for those who local businesses who have trading relationships with Palace whose livelyhoods will be put in jeopardy by all of that will be the ones to suffer most.

I think they were safe with only a few minutes left and conceded a late equaliser which sealed their fate.
Good work.

promotion?
Sales of players?
Getting rid of current players on high wages?
Takeovers?
My guess would be sales of players bearing in mind that Warnock has already been 'touting' Moses and others.
(Being "pedantic" !!!).
;-)
I thought that Moses lead the jews into the promise land.
Moses led the children of Israel in the wilderness where they wandered for 40 years. Moses never got to the promised land.
Would be BR3 or somewhere if we were being pedantic as isn't "their" training ground in Beckenham by the KCCC Ground?
But, Moses was Charlton?
That is correct it is next door to where we play Sunday's Copers Cope Road
next to Kent CRICKET ground !
;-)
