Thre is a time limit of 3hours 15 mins and then the roads will reopen. Anyone not finished by then should move onto the pavement... a sweep vehicle will follow the last runner and collect anyone needing assistance!

3hr15 is equivalent to the walking pace of an average adult (about 4mph)
just looked at the route, obviously it starts at o2, then up lower road, woolwich road etc, up to woolwich/plumstead, then it must come up a hill a bit, maybe near the hospital? then along charlton village, is that the buildings that are 3d on the pic? then along to blackheath standard, towards blackheath, through greenwich park (downhill) and then round cutty sark then back along greenwich towards the dome. is that more or less right?
