    I wonder if it's anything to do with a Covid related decline in local journalism, business being done "remotely" and less face to face meetings or something else but there are hardly any transfer rumours about anything about.

    Was there anything at all about Pigott or Fraser before the day it was announced?

    The main takeaway from this is that although there aren't many rumours around, all the business we've done so far has been rumoured a few days beforehand. This tells me that we probably are (or were) interested in a few players from the TBC list but as we've heard absolutely no rumours this week, nothing is close to being done.

    It will be interesting what he does as he obviously thought he was getting a pay day but now he’ll have to chose between a wage cut or praying someone gets desperate enough to still give him a good wage. Personally think a lot of players will have egos shattered in next few weeks when unemployment beckons.

    All just a game at the moment, we'll see a lot of deals come the final weeks of the window the way clubs are refusing to blink.

    It doesn't even have to be in the window as he is a free agent.  I honestly think lots of clubs in league 1 will be going deep into September and still doing business.

    It's syltill better too get a good one in September than an average one in July.  See Kermorgant, Yann

    Medical opinions can vary from club to club, one mans poison as they say, so who knows, he could still get picked up if the injury we found is not deemed so much of an issue elsewhere, however it is a sign that Thomass medical dept we have heard so much praise for, is showing potential.
