What you need in the U21s is a decent coach (doesn't have to be a manager) that knows and plays attractive football.
What you don't need is a failed out-of-touch manager that is just looking for a paycheck.2 -

England Under-19s' match with Scotland at St. George's Park this afternoon was abandoned in the first half as a precaution in line with COVID protocol. We are not in a position to comment further at this time.

I quite like the formation, be interested to see how we can accommodate the wide players like Sterling | Sancho | Rashford though
Maybe thats another England isue though, we try too hard to fit individuals into a team rather than thinking of the squad as a collective unit1 -
