    There was a small amount taken off sale yesterday from the extra we were given

    That's a dog shit crowd. As was them not needing the second tier of the East Stand at Old Trafford. 

    Auto windscreen has far longer period to buy tickets than a week.

    Would have gone straight to general sale due to them having about 3k season ticket holders from about 8 families, hence it kicking off.

    You do have to factor in the way tickets are sold. If the blocks that were eventually available had been on sale at the beginning I’m certain we would have sold the sub-400 non-disabled places that were left and we’d probably have sold them if they had remained on sale until tonight.

    Ditto the overall timescale and the fact most tickets couldn’t be sold on unrestricted general sale.

    We are a big club in League One but I don’t think many would argue we’re a bigger club that Sunderland or Portsmouth, now or historically. It’s a bogus comparison.

    Try and just enjoy it oohaah , and give some praise where it's due. To sell 36,000 in 3 days is impressive.

    I said the numbers are brilliant for us and they’d be brilliant for any team from London , excluding Tottenham Chelsea Arsenal West Ham .
    its on our doorstep , we haven’t played there for 21 years so we have a following wind .
    clubs travelling a lot lot further with big numbers are more impressive to me .

    im enjoying we’ve near as damn it sold out and gonna have 40k ish there 
    we’ll do well to match these numbers in the near future when the Wembley novelty won’t be there for us (if we get back in the next ten years)

    Not sure I’m banging on about away numbers here , these are Wembley numbers and I’ve been to all our Wembley games in my lifetime and all but two of our entire play off fixtures in our history .

    Yep not pleased with myself for that but I don’t think there’ll be anyone else who has 4 season tickets who will have spent less per fan than me at Charlton in recent times .
